The cookies themselves were great but the customer service was subpar, the girl working there treated us like we were wasting her time. Her attitude quickly changed as two other girls came in afterwards.
I don't like cookies however I was told this were good and I can tell you that this cookies are really great.
I love the birthday cake, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. Service is pleasant every time I visit.
I was so excited when we got an Insomnia in this area. I thought I would go there all the time. I've been a handful of times but the cookies always taste like they've been sitting under a warmer all day. It definitely doesn't live up to the standards of the Atlanta location. For how much it costs I would rather drive to Atlanta to satisfy my Insomnia cravings and know that I'm getting my money's worth.

Bland! Nothing special. I bought the six pack of classics for $11 plus tax. Standard cookies and I have to say they tasted very standard. Kind of like you bought tube of unbaked cookie dough and baked them yourself from Walmart. Who ever owns this company and makes the recipes really needs to re-examine their business model. Premium Cookies should be way more heavy way more thick, way more delicacy and unique for this price they all should be frosted. Cookies should leave you with a great memory I want you to come back and get more which is not the feeling I get from these at all. Make a much better product raise your price if you have to but make it outstanding! These are kind of just like pre-bought cookies you warmed up very disappointing. Revamp your recipes if you want to last and grow your business
Kevin and Mija (sorry if the name was butchered) were absolutely great employees. Urgently took attention to me as soon as I walked in and were happy to have my business. They quickly took care of my order and wished me a great night. Kevin was very enthusiastic was seemed excited to be there. Thank you Insomnia Cookies and Kevin as you made my first experience great! I'll be back!
I love this place and the desserts they offer but I hate that the employees always tell me they’re not serving ice cream EVEN THOUGH the ice cream is sitting out. I don’t want to argue with the employee so I leave in disappointment. This has happened on several occasions at the same location (Kennesaw location). I mean the name of the place is INSOMNIA cookies and y’all are known for staying open late….idk if the employees are being lazy or if there is in fact a real reason you can’t serve ice cream during store hours. Either way, the inconsistency is enough to not want to go back.
Absolutely love this place! Cookies were fresh, warm and just great overall! My only complaint is that they're card only and do not accept cash.
