The server was super polite and attentive. Their pancakes are always fluffy and delicious. Unfortunately my daughter omelette was made incorrectly in my scrambled eggs with cheese had no cheese. Therefore that era was due to the Cook. Yet all in all the manager came out and correct the era. The food was great and I definitely will go back.
I ordered the breakfast sampler and I'm excited to chow down. I've never ever had hot ? before and I must say that I'm impressed. Crowded but 15 minute wait time, amazing!!! The rest of the food had great temperatures.The only negative is the paper straws, other than that, no complaints. Service is excellent and I'm felt good about spending my money here.
Today I ordered the strawberry and crème crepes and Lemon Blueberry ricotta crepes. The strawberry and crème crepes had no strawberries or crème! Empty crepes. The Lemon Blueberry ricotta had no lemon glaze no blueberries inside. Just a couple on the outside. I haven’t had IHOP in years and this what I get.
My Husband and I went dining for breakfast yesterday March, 12, 2022. The food was good and our server was very nice and eager to please. Two tables behind my husband and I, was an individual with children that was not happy with his service. His server was the same server we had. The gentleman made loud dissatisfying comments on the dining floor. There was an older woman/employee / Manager who appeared to be helping with keeping operations up front running smoothly. She proceeded over to the gentleman’s table. With that, the woman had the server come over and while being berated by the rude customer, the woman was loud and started reprimanding the server in public. This is our Dining Room and these people are our family. she went on to say a few more words, and then had the server replaced by another server for that table. She sent theserver to finish with her other tables in tears. Apparently the server forgot something, she said she believed she was moving too fast and she took the blame. There were people sitting at the table behind us. They too had the same server. The lady that was sitting at that table did make a comment to the older women as to how pleasant the server was. The older woman / manager made a comment in response to the affect that she was please to have her. Well, humiliating one of your employees in public proves otherwise. Your style for management is truly unprofessional and you yourself need additional training. The world is crazy enough. Our server may have been about 20. That incident should have been addressed privately and utilized as a training tool. 1/2 hr planned group sessions with all, to help with further assistance to avoid this situation. You could have just explained to the customer that you would address the matter later and properly addressed it (as a training tool). Instead this hard working young lady who appears to be still getting her feet wet within the work world, tried to complete the remaining tables as she struggled to hold back tears of humiliation.
I will most definitely be back here Ms.Jody was so sweet and patient with me and my boyfriend. If you come here I recommend Ms.Jody to be your waitress you will not regret it. Overall this location is friendly, and nice.
It was okay. The food wasn't bad. But it had a weird taste. I ordered the spinach cheese omelet with hollandaise sauce. Also. None of the staff were wearing masks. The customers were. But not a single staff member. They were pleasant. So there's that.
Food was good and our waitress nice but there were 3 people at the front door, and we weren't greeted for a long time. Felt really awkward just standing there trying to figure out who the hostess was.
Really nice! Nice employees and food comes out in less than 20 minutes.
Great service and delicious food. Everyone is friendly and courteous and our meals were ready quickly with care.
I've had bad luck with IHOP up until my recent visit so I begrudgingly went with the family who out voted me. Glad they did! They were a little slow with service, but I'm sure that has more to do with being under staffed due to the pandemic because our server was great. Food wise my only complaint was the hashbrowns were a little over cooked, but that cinna-stack was on point. We'll be stopping in again when we meet up with family heading past us on 75!
