They changed the formula and it’s no longer as good. I use to swear by this being the best 5$ pizza (heck one of the best pizzas) in the area. Now it’s over price and smaller. I’m better of going to my new fav… dominos.
Large pizza went from $5 to $11 and the quality went down dramatically. G.S. easily was the best pizza in Kennesaw and now it’s lame. $11 for worse food. Sad.
Ordered a One topping large pepperoni and a sprite at 3pm. Order was canceled for no apparent reasoning, while other orders were processed and fulfilled.
Edit: I'm changing my review. After getting in touch with the owner, Courtney, he went out of his way to get in touch with me and make things right. Courtney offered to remake my pizza. I picked up my pizza today and as you can see in the photos, the pizzas look like they're supposed to look.He also apparently had a heart to heart with his employees. I really appreciate the effort Courtney went through to making things right. Grand Slam is one of my favorite places to get pizza, and as long as they continue to make quality pizzas and do right by their customers, they deserve the success and good reviews they're getting. This is what you should do when you see an unsatisfied customer. I'm happy Courtney reached out to me.
I’m being generous by giving it 2 stars tbh, not like it used to be at all. I understand inflation prices jacking up everything and I wouldn’t mind paying more but the quality seems to have also changed. Pizzas are much smaller and like it’s a whole different recipe. At this point I’d rather go to Little Caesar’s. Such a shame as I used to enjoy this place so much :(edit: after eating it, i think it deserves one star
This pizza was so good and only took a few minutes to be prepared for me. The service was quick and friendly. Support Black owned business!
If you've got five bucks to spend, spend it here and not at Little Caesars. While it's small at 12 in, I thought the crisp crust and warm gooey cheese was rather delightful for $5. Not gourmet pizza and not chain pizza but I thought it was pretty darn good for $5.I see the most recent reviews are one star. I'm not sure about their particular visit and my pizza was not hot and ready but I was also dropping by and wanted the pizza ready in 15 to 20 minutes which it was, and it was hot. YMMV
The pizza is nothing like it use to be, for the price. I paid over $9 for a medium half cheese half sausage. The pizza was smaller than I remembered it being and it didn't taste good on top of that they didn't even cut it into slices?. won't be back.

DONT EAT HERE! Pizza is so bad and so is the customer service. I was the only customer they had and it took them forever to cook up just a plain cheese pizza! Save your money and go to Lil Caesars. I don’t recommend this place to anyone
