Absolutely hands down the worst experience at an establishment in my 37 years here. My kids, husband and myself literally got verbally harassed by a waitress named Kathy today after church and when it was brought to managements attention that she was making us and our ENTIRE section uncomfortable they did absolutely nothing and kept her on the floor to continue to fight and harass us all. The worst and hands down most unacceptable display of service I have ever seen @ this Kennesaw GA restaurant.
So my water had something floating in it, I was over charged for my meals, the waitress was almost non existent, and the lady in the Bakery area was very rude to my daughter when she asked for some cotton candy. The food as far as the taste of it was pretty good. Thank God! They definitely have cooks who knows what they're doing for certain. BUT the customer service and cleanliness, organization, etc definitely unacceptable. I wasn't given an apology for the water with something floating in it, I got my refund,but the manager had an attitude about it like I did something wrong for wanting my money back!, Wow. I spent $75.00 at this place. NEVER again.

So glad we decided to arrive at Golden Corral in Kennesaw at 11 a.m. Easter Sunday. We were each looking very forward to the smorgasbord of different foods & desserts Golden Corral offers. Each staff member was kind and helpful. Our server, Sandra, was extremely friendly, quite professional, and very attentive. All of the food was hot, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. We particularly enjoyed the salad and steak and other meats. Unfortunately the Golden Corral at North Point has been shut down, but we will definitely be back to this particular location. Kudos 2 the management. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!!
Although there was a short wait to get in, there was plenty of tables. Marquis led us to an adjacent area and made sure we were well looked after. He was amazing, helping a table full of kiddies and several tables full of basketball players.The food selection was amazing. I had a nice fresh salad then my main course was the fish. She had a salad, clam chowder,and a pot roast feast.
We have not been at the Golden Corral in two years because of Covid-19. Our family had a great time, they have plastic gloves at the buffet station so you didn't have to touch the serving spoons. The food was great. Glade we came out tonight.
It was good as always. A bit busy, but in fairness, it was dinner time. Everything that I tried was fresh, and even being later in the evening (we got there at 7:30pm), the staff were keeping fresh dishes practically flying out of the kitchen. No skimping here!
Food was hot and delicious.
