Extremely long wait, well over 45 minutes so far as I'm typing this review. Doesn't seem as anyone has a sense of urgency. There's always an issue at this location.
I'm in town on business. I see that they're open, but actually it was time for them to close. There are three worker's behind the counter. Not one greeted me or told me that they were closed. I go to the counter to place my order then the two male worker's are looking at each other, then one of them said "We're closed." I replied ok, but someone could have said something. As I proceeded to walkout one young man told me "I got you". I do appreciate him, but the other young man and the female acted very negative toward me. I told him it was OK because he's closed and I personally didn't want to keep him working!!!
the meat wasn’t drained, and the bread was nauseatingly soggy. the workers clearly hated their job. they were very rude and very unprofessional. the only good thing about this location is the chips. i am very disappointed in my visit.
I'm gonna start going to other firehouses. The staff here clearly hates their jobs and they couldn't get more staff in to help with the rush. Staff was cursing while several people were waiting for online orders. Placed an order at 4:22, for pickup at 4:30. Didn't get it until 5:15. Place was swamped. Several staff walked out. The staff that did help me was super sweet, shout out to the one guy with longer blonde hair and a jacket.They also ended up closing early after they got my order to me...
For over a year now, every time I cave and try this location I end up disappointed.Either the meat is still soaked because they drained it for .2 of a second or the meat is barely warm because they didn't unroll it and it couldn't cook (also why it's only on 2/3 of your sub), or they forgot to include what's supposed to come on the sub as standard or didn't include what you specifically asked for on the ticket, the list goes on.They nailed the consistency. Mgmt must be horrible or owner(s) don't care...likely both.
The group of unhappy teenage boys were slow and failed to even cook the sandwich properly. As the only customer in there, I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that they didn’t even put in the toaster. It was stone cold when I received it. Last time I’ll be there.
Great place to eat! Food is very good. Just don't be in a hurry to get your food. We were in around 2pm and the wait was long. But the food was worth it. Oh, and while waiting, I got to read their last inspection. They scored 98 out of 100. That's damn good.
I watched the sandwich maker EAT bare handed from food table wit cheese hanging out his mouth and was gonna make my sandwich WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS . I had to ASK HIM if he was gonna wash his hands. I CANCELLED my order and left. Unsanitary wit COVID everywhere
I know you’re probably short handed but you at least have to answer the phone. I’ve tried to place an order for pickup 2 afternoons in a row.
Most of the employees were goofing around and talking loudly. The cashier had to yell at them, because he couldn't hear. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the sandwich, as well.
