Location is 24hrs and they run out of food items to early in the day. You order drinks and request no ice and whether it’s policy or manager request, drinks can’t be made without no ice, ice must be included. That’s because they don’t want to give you more, if you get your drinks with ice, they fill the cup with majority ice and give you less of your drink. That would also include lattes, since they put more milk than coffee. Don’t let me get started on customer service. Well, there is none. I’ll just go to QT to make my own coffee. Cheaper too!!
The girl working at night is inept. I’m here on May 10th at 1am for an Uber that’s taking over half an hour to get the customer 6 donuts and some munchkins with a vitamin water. The customer and Uber have been freaking out on me because of the wait at this place. Over 30 minutes easily I’ve sat here so long time is no longer even relevant. I will never ever ever take another order here as long as this girl is working. She is so slow other people have left in frustration. They need to retrain her asap!
They like me there donuts are all the same when it comes down to Dunkin. Good people, if you need them at night just open the door and they will come, my biggest advice.
I had a great experience here as I made my order on the Dunkin’ app to get a frozen chocolate! I arrived to the drive thru a few minutes after my order and the process was really quick as the staff was friendly and had my drink served pretty quickly! I’ve enjoyed going to this particular location over the years as it never fails to offer great service and drinks/food!
The Best Dunkin in all of Metro Atlanta! I have had a soft spot for Dunkin Donuts for over 50 years. The brand has declined IMO over the years to a barely recognizable product. However, there are a few operators who give me hope. Here the staff is wonderful, orders are carefully made and the quality difference is measurable. In most Dunkin's you might get a stale donut that has begun to get dried out as early as 8 or 9 am. That won't happen here. Thank you to the staff and operator.

Bagels are always fresh and tasty.. strawberry cream cheese is so yummy..you can taste the strawberries.
Had to stop by yesterday after going to the storage facility since it's so close, and very glad I did because that's some good coffee! Bit pricey but sure worth it.
Garbage. Corporate donuts. And they expensive too. Dunkin ’ has really taken a dive. Donuts are not never fresh and was never a huge fan of the coffee but I’ll go for it if I need some joe and away from the house.Where are they even making the donuts ? Clearly some factory someplace. Microwaved egg sandwich!? Who eats that?Are they using some kind of healthy oils or gluten free dough ? Why are Rays Donuts so good? Because they make them on site. That day.This is not meant as a jab at this particular Dunkin’. It’s just how it seems to be at all Dunkin’s. Trash.I don’t pay the extortion prices at Starbucks for coffee. So if on the road I may opt for a Dunkin’ coffee. But for donuts. I never go.
I don't buy food from rude people! I was the only one in the donut shop & wasn't greeted. Finally someone came to take my order. She didn't say hello or anything, I then said good morning to her & she said nothing. I will never go back! Krispy Kreme it is!
