This Dunkin used to be my favorite location now however it is always awful. The drinks are always made inconsistently. I would ask for light ice and always had my cup filled to the rim or on the off hand it was light ice the drink was filled half way in the cup. My last straw was when they wanted me to pay over $10 for a matcha. Obviously I understand paying extra if you want extra of something however they use teaspoon scoops for the powder and wanted me to pay $1.50 per extra scoop which no barista or location has done. Usually it’s a one time fee of $1.50 not per scoop, knowing the cost is not that high so the over charge makes zero sense. Who in their right mind would pay that price for barely any powder and Dunkin at that?! I will never come back to this location. Might add on the end here my niece found a fly in her drink after she drank it so enjoy!
Worst dunkin location I’ve ever been to! They’re always so incredibly rude, the baristas as well as the owner himself, my drinks are always wrong, and I’ve been charged for the wrong order twice now, (which was more expensive) with NO refund for the difference. I recommend going to a different dunkin and not giving this location your money.
This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. The staff always seem as though they hate everything and everyone. They seem miserable… also, they seem extremely irritated to be taking orders. What a bummer, I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If you want cranky baristas this is definitely the spot for you.
130 north point parkway in Acworth. Is the place to go NOT this one!!I waited in line 25minutes to not even get my order took. And there was only one car in front of me. I pass here because it close to my house!!The one in Acworth is CLEAN, ALWAYS STOCKED WITH DONUTS, VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES & VERY FAST SERVICE.!!This dunkin employees are slacking their more worried with being on their phone instead of taking orders. This was the worst dunkin donuts experience I have ever had. First they didn't have a working machine to make ANY hot drinks. They stated they cleaned it and didn't want to make any more hot drinks. Second they gave us the wrong order of donuts. If you would rather be on your phone than work then you don't need to be employed.
My go to Dunkin place at Cobb Parkway. There's also a big parking lot in this strip mall where you can enjoy your food in your car, just watching the traffic pass by and relax and let the worries of the world fade away. ?
Best option for coffee on the go! This location seems to be the best overall when compared to other Dunkin locations in this part of Cobb County.Great service, coffee and food.
This is a good location. It’s clean and the drive through is easy to access. I got what I ordered and was treated to friendly service.
Well I been coming here off and on for over a year. I go through the drive thru every time. I have mentioned many times to the manager/s they need to fix the ballast in the menu lighting. It has been blinking now for over a year. Now I know you are only there for a short moment, but don’t you think those lights could mess with someone with Epilepsy. Just saying. Other than that service is good. 3 stars for maintenance failure.
I came here to pick up my mobile order. Every time I come there is a different charge for a water. Sometimes it’s free and sometimes they make me pay. It’s very frustrating and I think that you guys should have a set price for water. I also spent over $30 so why do I need to pay for a water? It’s ridiculous to me. The employees are also very rude and never get my order correct. I will be contacting corporate directly but I am so sick of this Dunkin. Do not go here!!!!
