Food is almost always cold. They re-use old drinks and just put a new sticker on them with your name order because they do not want to make a new drink. I asked the woman at the window if she was sure my drink was made with almond milk because it did mot look right and she said yes. Needless to say, it was definitely not what I ordered and the staff obviously did not care. I understand being busy + understaffed, but she could at least try to get me what I ordered, not just a drink someone else returned.
My order is always wrong. I asked for a bagel-TOASTED. They only toasted one half of my bagel!!!??? I don’t know why I continue to waste my money here when I am always given cold, uncooked food. I was already having a terrible morning-guess I can only count on dunkin to make my day even worse!! Should’ve gone to starbucks
I’ve ordered everything bagels from here multiple times but it has been a while since I’ve gone here. I Ordered an everything bagel not toasted at 7am today. the bagel was so hard and dried out couldn’t even bite into it, seems like it was old. I couldn’t go back to store to return it, it was so disgusting and disappointing I had to throw it out..
My girlfriend and I went to get breakfast this morning at this dunkin 03/22/22 @11:00am. When we ordered had to repeat multiple times and the women taking our order seemed more concerned with talking to her co-workers than taking our order. Once we managed to get our order in the women wearing a hijab couldn’t have cared less that we pulled up. To let us pay or get our order. If it wasn’t for the black man in the kitchen I am certain we would not have gotten our food at all. Didn’t receive straws with our drinks either.
Haven’t gone to Dunkin’ in a good while, and was very quick to remember why. My food was made incorrectly and look like it was dropped on the floor. They did not follow their menu on how they are suppose to make the item. If your out of American cheese tell the customers before you just go ahead and put cheddar cheese on my sandwich. That’s a liability and risk for this franchise. Per say someone that may be allergic and or sensitive to the differences in cheese due to them being made in two completely different methods.
I had pretty good experience here as I ordered my drink online and the process went pretty smoothly! The employee didn’t see the mobile order at first which wasn’t his fault at all since I made the order a few minutes before! The service was pretty good and they have an A rating for their cleanliness! I’ll keep coming to this location again in the future!
They get the order right the first time this is appreciated. The drive-thru does move quickly. The parking lot is terrible so I definitely recommend the drive-thru.

I am not sure if she is a manager or an employee but “Shania” was very rude when addressing me and messed up my order. When I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes and took a very long time to return with my items. She came back with the same messed up order and I had to leave to be on time for work. I will not be coming back to this DD until she gets better training or is removed completely from the establishment.
On the evenings nights I have spent more than a few occasions doing school work or just studying with friends here. I was treated well and it was kept clean. Overall a pleasant place to be in my experience. Good cost and good service.
