Nothings bothers me more than paying for something and not getting it. I got a medium iced matcha latte with Carmel . They did not put Carmel but charged me . The were only two cars in front of me , they made me wait to order and still got it wrong without there being anyone else in the store and no one in drive through after me . Not sure if it’s the young people that work at these places around here but they constantly get things wrong .
Horrible, I worked in a Dunkin’ Donuts in PA and I gave this place mult chances to get their act together but no! horrible service, they’ve never made my drink right yet charges me extra for asking. How hard is it to make 2 drinks and be nice. Next time I’ll just order 1 of everything since it’s to much effort to ask for 1 scoop of cocoa powered so they have time to get the drinks right. (Not really I’m just never coming back to this place.) Go to the one on Barrett Parkway faster does it right with no sorry pre-made laziness. An cheaper
This location closed down the lobby post COVID.This is extremely pathetic excuse that, when I asked: they said they were "SHORT STAFFED".I've always been able to place the order and sit in the lobby with my colleagues, even when this location was under staffed. I see two to three workers inside, but we were told at Drive Thru that they were short staffed. I've been coming to this location for 3 years and this location always had 2 to 3 workers.So this isn't really believable. It's just pathetic, I'd rather go to Sandy Springs location.

Well today I tried Starbucks then I went here and the service was great no little college chicks with identity issues and good service way to go Dunkin
We went in just to get a quart of ice cream and there were 5 employees working 2 of them doing hardly anything and 1 of them came out of the bathroom and walked right past us after i asked to be taken care of. We stood there for 10 mins and not a single person helped us or even acknowledge us. So we walked out. Will not be coming back.
Probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I don't know why I returned after 3 previous visits that were also horrible. Inside is dirty, and the manager has horrible customer service skills. He is money hungry and on a power trip. Asked me to pay $7 for a coffee that I just bought and was made incorrectly at the Dunkin 2 seconds away, would not replace it even though I had it with me and he could clearly see the drink was full & the sticker was wrong. He told me go back to them. Why would I want the same location to remake a drink that they made incorrectly in the first place after waiting 20 minutes in their drive thru? After spending thousands of dollars a year at Dunkin, I have been made aware of the replacement policy and he had no reason to not remake it. His reasoning was because his location "is not Dunkin Donuts affiliated". Huh?? Anyways, they should promote the young girl at the drive thru window, she was more professional and polite than the entire franchise manager.. yikes. If Dunkin would just read the reviews for this location they would probably shut it down anyway?.
Wow, this is my third Dunkin’ visit in the last two months. Bagel wasn’t toasted, coffee stale, breakfast wrap steaming hot out side , watery cold and dripping egg in the middle. I couldn’t finish. Back to star bucks.
I usually don’t have any issues here but lately I’ve had a lot of younger workers help and they don’t seem to know what they are doing or aware of their menu! They have had new items posted in the drive thru menu and all over the store in the inside and they don’t serve them yet? It’s got to be confusing to not only me but other customers when they put new menu items out on signs but not serve it? Can y’all not wait till you have the items in stock! I’ve been super disappointed the last few days to get answers of “I don’t know what you’re talking about” or “we don’t get that stuff until Wednesday”. The workers have made me feel stupid for ordering and unsatisfied. I just wish they would wait on the signs or put dates on them . Drinks have also been super bland lately not the correct amount of syrup as usual.
Staff were courteous. Nobody was wearing masks!
