I use the drive thru and the associates are always so sweet, efficient, and welcoming. The food is always prepared well.
Been going here for 5 years and they decided to discontinue the Hazelnut flavor. I could have sworn that was one of the most popular coffee flavors, but whatever. Being that hazelnut coffee is the only flavor I drink, my days coming here are over.
Food and coffee always fresh, very friendly as well. One complaint would be this location seems to do their regular coffee not as strong as others but they are very good with freshness and friendliness.
I can say without being hyperbolic that this is the best Dunkin I have been to. The drive through is not always fast, but for the past 2 or 3 years, the coffee and the doughnuts are fresh in the morning *and* the afternoon. Regrettably, in my experience, other locations are hit or miss. Sometimes even early in the morning.
I’ve never seem so many employees at a dunkin before, so I thought initially this would be an amazing visit - but we were never really greeted. There was no line, or customers inside. Nobody seemed to really know what they were doing or what their role was. It was discouraging. But the coffee and food at least were still good. Maybe it was just a bad day. I don’t know - but I’ve had far better service at far busier Dunkins, with far fewer people behind the counter. ??♂️
The best! Delightful, smart, and thorough staff. Inside is small for seating, but there are outlets.
This Dunkin has hands down the worst service. It doesn't matter if its packed or if you're the only customer they will take forever to get your order. Usually I order just a black coffee and they struggle with that. I ordered an ice coffee today which took forever as usual and then tasted like absolute garbage??. I kept going here because of convenience to work but at this point it isn't even worth it. In the last few years I've yet to cross paths with an employee that takes any sort of pride in their work.

Coffee is never the same every time. I was in the drive thru this morning and mentioned to the gentleman at the window that my coffee was very cold. He took it and gave it to what I’m assuming was a manager. Instead of remaking my drink, they simply put more “hot” coffee inside my cup which only made it much more bitter. Their one job is to have hot coffee, makes no sense to me.
Great Dunkin selection great and the staff super friendly and they all work well as any team should.
