Every time I’ve went through the drive-through I’ve had an issue with my order I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel heated up with cream cheese on both sides they gave me a plain bagel heated not even sliced how do they expect people heading to work to be able to put cream cheese on a bagel that it’s not even sliced in half if they don’t like their job they should find a different one
I just had the best bagel of my life here. I am a changed man, truly this was a life changing experience.
Younger staff should always be supervised by at least one mature adult, I ordered a latte, which I have every morning, & it was white, they all tried to convince me that there was expresso in it,,, UMMM NOOO IT'S WHITE and taste like straight up almond milk...I had to go to another location down the street to get them to put in espresso...
UNSANITARY CASHIER! I watched the cashier retrieve the donut order for a customer with a gloved right hand (good thing). She went to the register with the same gloved hand, grabbed some keys to swipe a card for his senior citizen discount, take his cash and distribute his change with the gloved right hand. Now for my order. The cashier did not change the glove on her right hand and was ready for me to give her my donut order to be retrieved with that same filthy glove. I asked her to change the glove first and she refused! Instead she got another employee to come and get my donuts. I reported it to the manager Ebony and she seemed unphased.
Not the best Dunkin’ experience. Rather go to the one on chastain. Once they had given us expired milk. Glad we caught it but we were already on the highway and it was too late to turn back.Today we had their bagel minis. Something tasted off, but had it anyway. Didn’t smell spoiled or anything. Should have trusted my instincts. Both wife and I got sick with stomach cramps and food poisoning symptoms. I’ll avoid them from now on.
The wait in the drive thru in the mornings is too long. BUT lunch time usually line goes fast. Its still a great place to grab a coffee and go!
Came here a few times in the mornings. The wait is 20 min. if it’s just you in the store. Only drive thru is acknowledged. NO MANAGER ON SITE states the employee. Cashier is ONLY DOES cashier. She doesn’t make drinks or take inside orders. I understand u might be understaffed but ask your boss to pay you more soo u can do your job properly.
These guys do not how to properly toast anything and it makes me sick
Slow line in drive thru with only 3 cars. Ended up with lukewarm coffee.
The staff working at 3:30 on Friday were so kind, my bagel tasted incredibly fresh, great coffee, perfect experience!
