Grilled cheese with no line in the restaurant took 15 minutes, and could smell something burning when they made it. When I opened the box they gave us a almost black grilled cheese instead of saying they burnt it and just remaking it.
I used to come here for coffee for myself and husband twice a day but this location just keeps getting worse and worse. Turnover is insanely high, my order is almost always wrong, wait times are long, staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing (probably because they’re all new…), and today, for the fourth time in the last couple months, the milk in both our iced lattes is bad. It’s fizzing and sour. Its frustrating to spend so much money here and just keep throwing everything away. It’s not worth driving all the way back and waiting 20 minutes just to talk to someone and be treated like I’m the one that did something wrong. Be careful what you’re charged for too, this location kept charging me for signature iced lattes when I was ordering regular iced lattes for weeks. I finally looked at the receipt because I thought prices must have gone up and realized I was being charged for the signature lattes—the ones that come with whipped cream and toppings. That certainly wasn’t what I had been receiving so I made sure to clarify next time I ordered. Still—they tried to charge me for a signature latte until I explained there was a difference. Why am I explaining how things work to the employees? Anyways, I’m sure I sound like a Karen, but after three years of wasting so much money here, the spoiled milk in my iced latte today was the last straw. I can see by the other recent reviews I am not the only one who seems to have issues here. Worth the drive to pass this Dunkin by.
Had a wad of hair wrapped all around the sticker when I opened my box of donuts. Not only was it so gross, but the donuts were stale & felt like they sat all day at the store when it’s only 11:30am. The iced chai latte was disgusting & tasted so old I had to spit it out ? Don’t go here! Listen to those reviews bc I seriously lost my appetite after coming here. Waste of time and money.
30+ minute wait in the drive through and they screwed my order up on top of that. NEVER eating here again.
I love this location. It’s so close to my house too, which is perfect. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The employees have always been nice to me & always get my order right. Plus, it’s soooo much cheaper & better quality than Starbee’s. Sometimes the drive thru line is long, but if it’s long, no biggie. It’s just coffee people. Just go inside lol. You get out quicker if you go inside! ? Thank you so much!!
I try to avoid this location, they always get something wrong or forget pieces of my order. Also clearly didn't make my coffee decaf like requested while I'm pregnant, thanks a lot....
I pass by a Dunkin Donuts to come here. They have the freshest donuts around. They are often out of donuts, but it just proves how great they are. Everyone is polite and my order is always good.
Get drinks here frequently. Good stuff
I live right down the street from this location. They make you wait 10-15 minutes at the speaker before they will take your order. Then you get to the window and wait another 10 minutes. I hope management reads this review and understands that it is really bad service there. It’s almost as if the employees are intentionally trying to sabotage this business.
I’m a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts alternative breakfast choices but not a fan of moldy bread! Thank goodness I took my first bite out of the other end when I was in a hurry this past Sunday ??♀️ Give your food the once over before you chow down ?
