I ordered a Pizza online and said I accidentally ordered the wrong one to them and asked if I could get it fixed and said I would wait longer because it was my fault. The lazy workers response to my question was there is nothing you can do about it. Great service dominoes even when I admit that it was my fault and they still fail to give the customer what they want.
I've ordered from this location many times over the past 5 years with good service and good food. Recently I ordered BBQ wings but was given buffalo which I cannot eat. I called and the mgr apologized profusely and made my wings immediately. I appreciate great service!
This store can have its good moments and bad. Today was a bad experience. As I placed a delivery and realized I forgot to put delivery instructions (my bad on me) however when I tried to call multiple times to add them no one picked up and then when I tried to ask for carry out instead no one picked up. I drove down there since It had been an hour since I placed my order and I figured it would be longer and they didn’t refund me the tip I added to the driver or the delivery fee and said there’s nothing they can do other than offer a 2lt drink, which I took but I was very unhappy. There should be a way they can switch it, and if not compensate it or refund the money.
Super easy to use. A little slow loading but could be my phone lol. Love that it can save you usual order for easy checkout and save your payment method. Just love dominos! ??❤️?
Will, the manager, was professional and kind for my order today and that helps me come back again. While not every interaction at a store is the best it can be, over my 30+years of doing business at the Kennesaw, Georgia Cherokee Domino's Pizza shop, this one of the more positive visits.Thank you Will.
Order and takes over 2 hours for delivery how. And they never pick up the phone to cancel. Worst EVER!!!
I ordered dinner from this location. 20 minutes later I got a phone call saying there are issues at the location and they would not be delivering dinner and I would get a refund no details no coupons no explanation. I called back and asked questions and they don’t have enough drivers to fulfill orders. They can’t deliver from another location and said they can’t do anything for us. They acted like it was no big deal that we ordered dinner and can’t deliver on the order. They said call someone else to deliver a pizza.
Called to say I issues redeeming my points for my order, Kenneth answered, and was 0 help. Basically, nothing they can do about, sounds like a corporate issue he said. Lol. This isn’t my first bad experience with them, but will definitely be my last, because they absolutely have the worst customer service.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I have ate out and worked in food service in my whole life place an order online that got cancelled without my acknowledgement so I was sitting here waiting for it to be delivered never showed never showed can I call up there that drive was actually I played another order reordered it because I got an email way after the fact saying I got cancelled so I placed and they called back to tell me it was getting canceled it because it was too late to place an order which it was about 25 minutes before they closed plenty of time to make what I ordered and so I tell them that I'm going to go corporate technically they close at 12 they take the last order I ordered it 25 minutes before that corporate cleaning the room with me and loud and hung up on me I said go ahead the worst-ever place if they had a thing where I put no star 1/2 I would probably do that but I probably wouldn't even give them a half of 1 I usually order Domino's a lot never again well I probably be placing an order at Domino's horrible
Cheese sticks are often raw and undercooked. Pan pizzas are rarely baked correctly. Long wait times and the staff frequently fake their completed orders to get their own metrics up. You'll get an message saying your order is ready then wait 20 minutes for it to leave the oven. You'll order delivery and wait 2-3 hours on a 30 minute quote as it is 'checked for quality' for an hour.Dont eat here unless you are looking to make yourself sick. Either physically or wasting your time.
