They couldn't get my order right even after I had to park and wait 20 additional minutes.No apology at no point, and to top it off they put mayonnaise or something on my fish taco excessively where I could not eat it.I just want my money back!!
I refuse to give my money to businesses that won’t open their dining rooms. I’m not eating in my car because businesses won’t open the dining room. Taco Bell it is??♂️
nastyyyyyy customer service! the female with glasses saw me at the window and at 12 walked over to signal they were closed. I told her I had a pickup and that the signage states 12 but she claimed they always close at 11:30 because they are short staffed… even though I saw 3 people walking around. when I asked her what her name was she rolled her eyes and slammed the window closed. disgusting ?if you hate your job, please quit. respectfully.
Tried going here tonight but the dining room was closed apparently. Problem was there was no sign saying so, and there were actually people - friends of the employees, who were indeed eating inside the dining room.They told me to go through the drive thru, I waited and they never helped. Honestly terrible service. Don't go here if you don't want to deal with trashy georgians.
This is the worse deal taco I’ve been to. The service was absolutely horrible. I had to pull to the front to wait for my order. It took them 20min to bring it out and it was wrong. The doors were locked and they would not answer the phone. I had to get back in the drive through line which took another 20min.
I dont blame the workers for getting my child's drive-thru order wrong...stuff happens. I also didnt mind parking my car to enter the restaurant to politely ask for a correction.Here is the real problem:Customers are shut out of the restaurant. Yep, the doors are locked. So... how am I supposed to get my order corrected when Del Taco makes a mistake?Apparently, management/corporate either did not consider this common scenario or they did not care.I suppose i couldve join the 10+ car long drive-thru again and waited 20 extra minutes to get it fixed. But to me this is unacceptable and POOR corporate leadership.Stop drowning in your Covid fears, and serve your customers again. I wont be back.
Nice mix of items. Burritos, burgers and tacos. Good fries for a place know for tacos. This location has a drive thru.
Went through drive thru last night at dinner where fresh food should have been served. You could bend the chips that were cold and looked to have been soaked in oil they were so stale and the fish tacos were cold. You can not handle meat of any kind this way. I don't get it. Don't they have pride or care in this establishment? You could see and tell that this meal was not consumable and they sold it anyway. I mean it looked like a bad review waiting to happen. I paid $10 to write a bad review.
I have ate at alot of del tacos throughout several states and this one does not give you your money's worth whatsoever. Our fries were cold and the tacos barely had anything in them. I will not be visiting this one again
The foods consistent and the staff are usually pretty nice, just a little slower in the drive through since everyone started having trouble hiring people
