Food is good but the drive thru lately has been VVEEERRRYYYY slow. Prepare to wait 30 minutes minimum. Terrible!! It's time to get some new management in there who knows how to lead. The manager on duty was taking his time wiping down the counter and sorting bags. That was NOT the time for that when you have a line of cars wrapped around the building during the lunch rush!!!!
Was waiting in line through the drive through for over 20 minutes. Pull up to give my order and get a robot message saying they are closed even though the posted closing time was 40 minutes away...I was here and in line before closing. As a business you should serve anyone in line before closing, not tell them 'sorry go away'
I haven't ate at a Del Taco in probably 20 years but it was after 1am & the only place open & we were starving! Boy we're we pleasantly surprised! We couldn't believe how different the menu was & how it had improved vastly! Del Taco has so many different food choices that are so delicious & very, very affordable! I got the stuffed jumbo shrimp quesadilla tacos & they were absolutely AMAZING!! My wife got the epic loaded queso burrito with chicken & devoured it so fast I had to ask her if she tasted it! Lol! She couldn't stop bragging about how good it was!! The service was quick, friendly, & professional! We definitely recommend this Del Taco location!! You won't regret it!! ????????
I pulled up to the drive thru and I ordered 20 fiesta packs and a Big Mac, and a 4 for 4 with a strawberry lemonade and they ignored me. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one answered. I can’t believe this service. NEVER GOING BACK!
Incompetent workers on the midnight shift on March 19th Saturday 12:00 am to be exact. Taco thrown together carelessly- I seen they potentially had a young manager so I understand why it was made like that—as I worked fast food before- I can however still leave an opinion on it
Worst experience on 1/25/22. Forgot half my order. Store isn't open. Had to wait in drive thru to "fix" order. Employees were rude as could be. You'd think they were being forced to do manual labor as disrespectful as they were. Will never come back to this location or any ever. Taco Bell across the street was amazing, quicker, and cheaper!
My family and I went here on a Friday night. Stood in line for over 40 mins because once you get to a certain point in the line, you are stuck. Once we finally get to the ordering speaker were told the grill was closed and they only had a few items available. They could have at least put up a sign somewhere before making people get stuck in the line.
Drive thru took forever. The girl at the speaker didn't even seem to realize she was supposed to be taking orders. Ordered 4 items and chips and cheese. Somehow they messed it up. Couldn't go back into the drivethru since the service was so slow the line had 25 cars in it. They refused to open the door even when they saw people waiting due to them messing up people's orders. Never answered the phone even though two people were calling. Honestly probably won't be back to this location. Feel like blind mentally handicapped methed up chimps could do a better job
My kiddo and I stopped by late one evening. It had been a long day and we just needed something quick to end our day. As with most places right now across the country, staff shortages are very common. The wait was much longer than we had anticipated and by the time we received our food, we just wanted to go home. I normally check before leaving the parking lot but after a quick glance inside the bag, I assumed and hoped it was all there. We soon discovered several items in our order were missing. Thankfully the app (which I had just downloaded and used) save the order information which allowed me to check items. I called the number listed and thankfully someone (Diana) answered. She was so apologetic and gave excellent customer service.She went above and beyond to make the situation right- a pleasant surprise from the service and care I’ve received from order fast food establishments in our neighborhood. We are a family of six so my orders tend to be on the larger side. One recent example was from Panera Bread. I’m truly very impressed with the care I received this evening and hope Díana is recognized for her strong work ethic.
Pretty poor drive through experience; they had an attitude while taking the order (it was a larger order) and, when we got it home, they had messed up most of it. Kind of sucked as we had a lot of people waiting for it who were excited to have Del Taco as they don't have it in their area.
