I had to re-sign up for app because i didn't have my password saved and i reset my password. I entered the store and tried to use one of the deals on my app and the lady behind the counter said i didn't have the correct location selected. When i attempted to find the correct location, she told me a street address that i didn't see listed on the app and said if the location isn't listed, they don't participate in the app deals. When i began the free dilly bar survey, i noticed that the street name on my receipt was one that actually was shown in the list on the app.Im not sure if she was correct in telling me that this location didn't participate in the app deals but if that's true, i think it's bad business.The food tasted good and customer service was good otherwise, but the I thought that the price was really high for two meals that didn't even fill us up.
Free cone day is back after a 2yr hiatus from Covid! (We paid to upgrade to dipped cones)
My husband loves this place for their reese's blizzard. Always great service.

Been eating here for years today the hotdogs were overcooked so tough I could barely bite into them the buns were stale and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp it's been steadily going down hill lately I doubt I'll be back
Horrible service. I went to this location on lunch. After a long wait...i find out that my order is wrong and have limited time to get it corrected due to lunch period being wasted. It is a big deal i asked for bbq strip meal and did not get what I asked for. Perhaps staff should be more attentive at window especially at lunch time for many.
This location gives smaller cup sizes compared to the other locations for the same price! In addition, they gave me dirty cap of water.

A big fan of their new non-dairy dilly bars. I buy them by the box now to take home. As someone who can't have milk, finding a good tasting ice cream substitute is really difficult. These taste just like the original! Dairy queen keep making non-dairy versions of my favorites. Would love to try a blizzard.
