Soft, warm, gooey goodness melts in your mouth. Although Sometimes the wait time can be a little hefty and the store gets crowded at peek times, the staff is energetic and welcoming, The best cookies In town and well worth the wait. I guess that explains the reason for a crowd. If you haven’t tried these cookies yet, you’re missing out!- Cookie Monster ?

First time going to Crumbl Cookies, but will definitely be back; more times than is probably good for me. I’m a confirmedcookie connoisseur and these are definitely some of the best cookies. People were flooding into the store, but our order didn’t take long to get. The original milk chocolate cookie is fantastic! The price might seem high at first, but the cookies are very large. Highly recommend! I’m sure I will try their delivery service at some point too.
Shame on you Crumbl!!! Please make your logic make sense to me… I went into the store to purchase 4 cookies. When the cashier rung up my order she stated it was $16 and change. How could this be when a 4 pack only costs $12 and change??? What was explained to me is that since they were out of 4 pack boxes, I would have to be charged individually for each cookie AND the cost of the individual box. Wait… what?!?! Please tell me where this makes sense!! As a customer, it is NOT my concern, problem, or issue that YOU ran out of boxes. If a customer orders 4 cookies then they should be charged for what? FOUR cookies. This sounds a bit suspect to me. On another visit to this same location, I wanted 3 cookies. At that time I was told that I would have to be charged individually as the “discounts” and pricing is for individual, 4 count, and 6 count groupings. Okay… so in that case, I had to pay for 3 INDIVIDUAL cookies. That, I understood. This time around…. Makes absolutely NO sense. I’d hate to either discontinue my support for Crumble at this location or stop supporting Crumbl altogether, but this attitude makes for a poor customer experience. But this is just me and my opinion. Do better Crumble!!
