I was refused service because I came to the walk-up window. The manager says she doesn’t allow walk-ups at a certain time. If that was the case they need to have the hours posted on the window so people know not to waste their time walking there. If I have to drive to one it might as well be one worth the distance and not the one I stay next door too.
Love Cook Out but this location is bad. Our order was $18 and took them almost a half hour to fill dine in orders. SLOW.The boy working the register had not a care in the world, and when asked for a fork could not provide one within 5 minutes! Avoid this location.
Glad we stopped here during traveling. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff was fantastic. Even when the lobby closed and the line of people kept coming in the staff all kept smiles on their faces and never became irritated. Thank you for a great experience!
4 onion rings for your side, 5 hush puppies for a side so don't plan on filling up on sides. Double burger was decent. Every table was dirty had to clean our table to eat at, Floors were filthy but hey our clerk had time to talk on her phone tho. Overall the place looked like it was going to be a hit really nice inside, but save the disappointment and find another to eat at.
first time ever eating here and the first place my friend took me to eat after flying in. i like the concept and the food. the guy working front counter was very helpful with all my questions . I do wish the meal I ordered came with a few more fries. and the fact yall do BBQ sauce you should offer it especially when dining in or have it accessible to people. those are honestly my main two constructive criticisms . oh I don't like coleslaw but my buddy does and I seen the portion he got for paying for it as an extra side definitely don't need to be as stingy with that.the bacon wrap thing I got was amazing and so was the sandwich. also I tried one of his hush puppies and again amazing. keep it up I hope to get to stop here again before leaving.
According to my receipt, I ordered at 3:28, being the fourth car in line. I got my food at 3:48. The girl at the window was rude to the customer at the intercom and was trash talking them out loud after the intercom was off. She was moving unbelievably slow and when I FINALLY got my food after twenty minutes, she did not apologize for the wait. I didn’t order anything crazy, just a burger tray and a water. The food was a solid five stars (I love cookout’s food) and is the only reason the review isn’t one star, but the “customer service” was a joke. If you want your fast food to have an emphasis on “fast,” I recommend going elsewhere (unless the shorter young lady in the black polo is working, she moves at the speed of light). If you’re not in a rush, the food is killer.
It took us 35 mins to move through the drive thru and once we got to window they didn't even have the ingredients for the shakes we ordered. Also they were not very apologetic about wait time and the fact that they couldn't fill our order correctly.
Sat in line for an hour and 45 mins for the woman at the window to tell me I didn’t order a certain thing with my order and proceeded to close the door. I gave this place too many chances and every time I do there’s always another problem with this place.
Well, I have at at cookout in the past and it was pretty good, but this last visit was so disappointing.I ordered a large double burger and fries with chicken quesadilla and large coke. Well gave me a small drink, the chicken had no taste and the tortilla was slightly burnt. No the most disappointing part. The hamburger had two wafer tgin patties that was about half the size of the bun. The lettuce and tomatoe were atleast fresh. But come on. I would like to actually have some meat on my burger. They are cheaper than some of the other burger joints, not sure if the pandemic has anything to do with the small portions..
