This place really sucks. They are always closed when they should be open. Just today went there at 5pm , girl at the counter said they were not opened. I don’t understand that. There always seems to be an issue with this store. Another issue was they were closed for several days because they could not process debit cards. Other times you go there and they have no product ready for sale. They need to fire this whole crew !!!! Management is worthless.
The Cinnabon was hard and dry. The young lady who was the cashier was staring off into space and did not acknowledge me (the only customer) for nearly a full 60 seconds. She also didn't give me any napkins nor direct me to utensils etc.
They don't ever seem to have the rolls ready. Have gone at different times and different days. Was finally able to get one about a month ago but they were only accepting cash, sounds suspicious to me. Went again this past Friday around 5pm. No classic rolls were on display when we passed by. Was in the mall about half and hour, passed on the way out and was told i had to wait 15 minutes so decided to get the minis. Cash only. So I left. I still don't know how this location is still in business.
There not even open.. I’ve been craving this cinnamon roll and I drive 20 min after I got off work to go to this location and the lady says corporate closed it because of sales for the day… Girl boo
Today they was on point fresh cinnabuns thanks guys the 15 pack was awesome they made them fresh so worth the wait keep up the good work .....I forgot his name but I told u I would make sure they knew u guys are doing awesome ???
Very rude employees today (3 black girls).
Their food is good but they're normally always out 1 pm in the afternoon and the shelves are bare
Love the cinnabon rolls! Dislike this location. Like someone else said: It's hit or miss. Some follow one set of rules and the others another! It's disappointing! ?
They don’t open until 11 so ignore their page that says they open at 10
All I ask for was for a receipt and the girl that took my order was being rude. At the end of the day you chose this job. You can’t take your anger out on me because whatever happened during your day. I’m just a person who wanted my receipt.
