The kids enjoyed themselves...the token system is way improved, just wished they kept the stage with chuckie and friends.
It is the most expensive yet worst tasting pizza you will ever have. However, my daughter loves this place and enjoys the pizza just fine. If you are an adult, I recommend the salad bar. With their security measures, it is a safe place to let your child run free while visit with someone or play on the phone.
I’ve had two parties here one for my son in 2018 when he turned 3, and then again for my younger son today when he turned 3. So both kids were turning 3 and it’s a lovely time for Chuck E. Cheese. Both times I’m 2018 and 2022 the parties were fun for the kiddos. Since Covid things changed though. No more serve your own drinks and I don’t think the salad bar is self serve I didn’t try. There’s no more tickets so it’s all digital now. But kids always have fun here. Cleaner than other locations! Photos from 2018 and 2022. Can’t wait to have more fun parties!

First time coming to this location since we just moved here. It was great!! My 3 yr old and I had a blast! It was busy, but it was a Sunday so you would expect that. The food was good, they have a great salad bar and tons of games that everyone could play, even chuckie came out and danced lol Everyone was so nice, especially the front guard guy and the toy people. Although it was busy, they did a great job. We will be back!

Cleanest Chucky Cheese I've ever visited, the games are up kept and working. I've been taking my daughter there for 3 years since we moved to Kennesaw and always happy with the service. Even during the thick of the pandemic I ordered pizza to be delivered and they went the extra mile. 90% of that is the efforts of the supervisor. He is always there, always has his sleeves rolled up providing excellent service, always going the extra mile. Whatever he's paid isn't enough because he's a rare find.

My family had a great time here at my siblings birthday party, however, the way they treated the person in charge of birthdays was very rude and humiliating. The other party next to us had left cake (which they brought themselves) all over the floor and made a mess. The girl, Andrea, who had been the nicest and the most energetic employee we encountered, had spoken to them and asked if they could clean up a bit. The party then recorded her and started being rude to her while the manager let them walk all over her. Then, we had over heard Andrea speaking to a fellow employee stating that the manager said to her, something along the lines of, “Just find another job”. I can’t say if this is exactly how things went down, however, this is what I gathered from the situation. She then left the facility crying, and her parents showed up as well. She was the hardest worker from anyone else in the store. She ensured my siblings and all the kids had a great time. If she replaced the current manager, this place could be an excellent 5 stars. We hope she finds a better job and doesn’t have to deal with the leadership and other employees here, and gets the recognition she deserves.
Love, love, love playing all the games at Chuck E Cheese!! Its affordable family fun and usually not a lot of people attending. Majority of the games were working this time but I was sad to find out about the indoor playground being disposed of.
