I love this chipotle because they’re fast and majority of the time have really great attitudes. I don’t normally order in, I normally do pick up. It’s always clean.Today I go in and no one has on hair nets standing over the food or cooking. They do have on hats but most of their hair pass their shoulders so it’s hanging. Grant it one guy serving has on gloves & a mask and I mentioned it to him. When I mentioned the hair as what I was imagining would happen (the young lady touched her hair to move it out of her face and proceeded to work in the back).I guess as a customer we cannot give a tip or mention anything because the minute I walked away to get my utensils I was talked about.Sheesh food is always good and on point but god forbid it’s in your food now you’re a “Karen” for being upset.
One of the bigger hispanic workers here who handed me my food for my online order was rude. I asked for utensils and received an attitude from him. Other then that the food was great!!!
I've been ordering takeout/delivery for quite sometime and almost every time i order, something from my order is missing whether its the dressing, a bag of chips, guac you name it. I make comprises and put on a happy face and continue to enjoy my food, however lately the packaging of food lately has been HORRIBLE!!!, i mean 90% of order arrives outside of the container and spilled over the bag and its keeps happening not just a one timer thing, so i proceed to contact the customer support team they always tell me "we will inform the team at town park location" it feels they don't really tell them anything. I just want to receive the accurate order and proper packaging please. I have sent picture to the support team too, maybe someone cares enough to do something.
This was totally my fault but it was my first time eating chipotle and I put a lot of sauce (it was hot and I didn't know) on my food so my food was flaming spicy while trying to eat. The food was still good tho!

Wow! I’m not easily impressed with speed of service, but boy, these folks were cookin! Literally through the line and paid in less than 30 secs! Definitely impressed with this operation!
Most rude workers I’ve ever seen. The girl who made my food was extremely short and acted like I was inconveniencing her. The guy who checked me out was on his phone until I went to checkout and had his mask pulled down past his mouth. Lazy rude and wouldn’t even look at me when they talked to me.
I usually love this Chipotle, but take care… I stopped by this location yesterday after my gym workout to pick up something for dinner. I got a salad with chicken, fajita veggies, pico, and extra guacamole and woke up throwing it up at 1:30 AM. Definitely food poisoning as I am alright today after purging it all out… you know how that goes. ?

Normally pretty good, but today I realized from my order on the Chipotle app they straight up gave me the wrong order. I only noticed after packing it back up. Wrong meat, I was wondering why it was not double steak, ended up being chicken instead. There were quite a few things off with it, I thought the proportions were just wrong, but it was just the incorrect order.Honestly really disappointed. Would prefer to have what I actually ordered and a refund for this poor service. Since this has not really happened before I trusted the company to prepare and pack my order correctly. This certainly damaged my relationship with the brand.
