Good grief this Chipotle needs to get it's act together! We came here once when it first opened and waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that ended up being completely wrong so we didn't come here for a long long while.We decided to try again tonight and pulled up in the mobile order window spot and waited a good 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time which by itself wouldn't have been terrible if we didn't get to watch the employees playing, laughing, and massaging each other while we waited for them to make our order. And no surprise! They completely messed up my friend's order! She got a steak bowl with no beans and got a bowl with chicken instead plus beans. She paid three extra dollars for the steak and didn't even recieve it. She's autistic and can't eat food if it isn't prepared properly so now she can't eat tonight! 11 dollars down the drain til we drag ourselves back for a refund. Ridiculous :/I don't personally have a problem with employees taking it easy during slow periods but when you've got customers, please just get your orders out and get them out correctly. Then go back to playing. If there was a manager present that shift you wouldn't know it, no order at all. I don't blame teenagers for being teenagers but they should have a responsible manager looking over them to avoidd simple mistakes like this.
Steak burrito was great. Chips did not come with salsa, kind of a drag. Slightly expensive at approx $13 per person for one item and a drink (plus 2 bags of chips we shared) We're definitely go again.
Ordered a bowl for pickup tonight. The portion was very small and I found traces of cheese throughout my bowl. I am allergic and had to throw away the entire bowl. Very disappointed there is no way to leave feedback with the manager online or over the phone to set this right. I have not run into this problem with other locations, I'm deeply disappointed and still hungry!
Tried to do group orders 3 times. Each time has been a disaster. Won’t be trying again
Second time going to this Chipotle. Ordered the steak burrito again and hoping the meat would be fine the second time. Service was prompt but the meat was cold, and must be the cheapest cut of beef. The pieces i chewed were like chewing connecting tissue. No flavor. i temoved the steak and ate the rest of the burrito. Don’t buy steak anything at this chipotle. For $10 burrito, you would think you would get a better quality meat. Going to Moe’s or Willy’s next time.
This location is very hit or miss… yesterday was a miss! I ordered the pollo asada which was great, but the brown rice was EXTREMELY salty… to the point I ate around it & still had to stop eating half way through because it felt pretty unhealthy. Staff is really friendly though.
I will never visit this location again.I am a Cancer survivor out of chemo 02-09-2020. Currently I have limitations in my leg from loss of bone density. I order for 2 Cheese quesdilla which comes with free guacamole.The Quinn store Manger said that was not true and challenged me to prove it so I went back to my phone with proof .Quinn said I see it and touches my phone and never apologizes for not knowing the menu. GM Rachel who never returned any of my calls. This staff is ignorant at the least.There is cross contamination of the food. I will call the health department. Please beware of this location just for you for your health especially during this pandemic. There is no possible way they can know to make correction because even management don't return your call
New plant based chorizo is that way to go!I think Chipotle needs more toppings, I really like jalapeno peppers.My go to is Willie's because they have free AUCE chips and salsa, larger portions and more toppings...
Great food, atmosphere…. not so great. This isn’t my normal Chipotle so it really puts my neighborhood Chipotle to shame. Fresh meat kind service. Can’t give 5 stars because the dining area was not very clean. Trash needed to be dumped floors and tables needed attention.
