I ordered online for pick up, they gave me white rice instead of the fried rice which I specifically ordered online, and they also didn't put my eggrolls in the bag, the sweet and sour sauce tasted bland so this will be my last order with them.
The food is disgusting! I will never ever order from here again.
This place has the best sesame chicken with noodles or rice.
Great food, less than ideal customer service. I ordered a chicken with broccoli last Saturday night and picked it up at 9:22pm (they close at 9:30), I got home poured the dish onto my plate and low and behold my chicken with broccoli was a shrimp with broccoli. Unfortunately I am allergic to shrimp so I couldn’t eat it. I called up the next day to tell them what had happened and they’re closed on Sundays. I didn’t leave them a voicemail because I didn’t want to be that person and figured I’d just call up the next day and they’d make it right. I called them up today to tell them what happened and they told me they can’t do anything unless I bring back the dish. Now keep in mind this was 2 nights ago, not to mention I am a regular customer, and I leave them a $4.27 tip every time I go, but I basically asked the guy so you don’t believe me? And he said it’s not I don’t believe you it’s I need to show to the chef, and I was like so your chef doesn’t believe me? And he was like it has nothing to do with believing you I need to show to the chef. I was like so you would have wanted me to bring you a 2 day old half eaten order of shrimp with broccoli? And he says yes. And I said to him you’re probably going to lose my business over this (and keep in mind I’ve referred a lot of people to them and have been coming here for over 3 years) and he said sorry sir and was getting ready to hang up and I told him he just lost my business.I have since given them a second chance and they have been great every time since, and for that reason I have raised their star ratings for 3.
This is our family go to! It’s amazing! They never disappoint.
Ordered three different entrees and hot & sour soup (they forgot to put the soup in the bag, so we didn't get it). The kung pao chicken was the blandest I've ever had (literally almost zero flavor from the sauce), the sweet & sour sauce was lacking as well, and the Mongolian chicken was decent, which prevents the one star rating. Wish we'd gone somewhere else.
food was good as always, I've been going to china wok for over 16 years.
