EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY GROSS!
We ordered Texas cheese fries and there was a long strand of hair in it, after telling them they took it away and we ordered the chicken pasta. And there was ANOTHER hair strand in the pasta. This is highly disappointing and unhygienic. How can you have hair strands in every food that you order?! They didn’t even apologise about it and took it away as if nothing happened. One of the WORST experiences ever!!
Couldn't get seated,no hostess around.Saw a server/bartender in the bar area look right at us and continue her conversation with another server over by the computer.After about 10 minutes we were approached by a young lady,not sure if she was the hostess or not,but she seated us and proceeded to say they were short staffed and it might be a bit before we got waited on.There were other tables close by with menus waiting, and no server in sight.We decided we would rather go somewhere else so we could get waited on.So we got up and left and literally nobody even tried to stop us and offer an apology or something.Not sure where the manager was during all this nonsense that took about 25 minutes of our day.There are way too many other choices for lunch in that same area.Very disappointing.
Our server was great, but what I’m most upset about was I requested no tomatoes on my beans or any of my food items. The folks brought the food out and my blacks beans had tomatoes piled on top. I informed the personnel that I was allergic to the tomatoes and could I have some without it? She said what do you want me to do about it? Do you want me to take the beans? There needs to be some training around this. Of course I want you to take the beans, I don’t want to die a Chili’s!
This place is filthy. We were sat and there were tables full of dirty plates and dishes everywhere. Made we even wonder if our table had even been wiped and cleaned. Food and silverware on the floor too. So many employees accidently stepped on a fork and looked at it and just brushed it off for someone else to pick up.
Terrible service went on my birthday and boy did I regret it! Our server was in the back talking no where to be found, we were almost done eating when they finally brought my sons food out and it was burnt I would have understood if it was at least busy but it was 4 tables in the WHOLE restaurant!
The server provided slow service. Tried the cajun pasta but found it a bit salty. The appetizers are a little hit or miss, the food tends to be oily. Decent margaritas but they put way too much ice so i felt ripped off.
I've always had excellent service. The food is always prepared to corporate standard, which means good, hot, and repeatable. Great Chili's.
UGGGGGH! I spent $33 & Change at this Chili’s in Kennesaw GA on 851 Cobb Place Blvd When I say the food was NASTY it was HORRIBLE as I am writing this the food is sitting here ready to be thrown in garbage! It was a lot of peeps working in kitchen as I could see for being in the TO GO side! So there was no need for this food to be horrible! The Mexican Corn ? was bare’ no Mexican seasoning on it for they had it so tight in aluminum all the ingredients was off’ the Southwestern Egg Rolls which are my Favorites’ They were HORRIBLE!!!! Couldn’t eat them The Crispy Hot habanero Stripes was sooo soggy and cold they just threw sauce on it! I am so mad at myself for trying this restaurant out here in Kennesaw! I so wasted my money and this food is garbage and that is where it goes’ in the garbage! I WANT RECOMMEND THIS CHILI IN KENNESAW GA TO NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES!!!!!!! HORRIBLE On top of HORRIBLE FOOD walked out the door where a dead mice was right at door!!!
I ordered baked potato soup to go and they gave me the ball with no did they wrap fall people around it and he spilled everywhere!!! Then I ordered southwest eggrolls with avocado ranch dressing. I receive ranch dressing and someone cut off a piece of avocado and stuck it in with the ranch dressing! And as far as my egg roll I received one burnt egg roll!!!!!!!
