I am shocked this CFA doesn’t have worse reviews. The curbside pick up is always turned off when there is literally no reason for it to be. It’s so annoying to have to wait 20 min in a drive thru line when I could easily order and park and wait. I’ve never experienced a CFA with worse management running the drive thru and carry out services. I have literally never been to another CFA that closes their curbside pick up as much as this one does. It’s pure laziness. Do better.
This location is terrible with messing up orders. I get that they are busy, but it seems like the staff just doesn’t listen. Today, the guy walking the drive thru line taking orders was particularly aloof. He was more distracted with cars driving by than the ones in the line. This is the third time in the last 2 months that they have wrongly entered our order… It’s clearly a pattern for this location. We never have a problem with the one by where we live.
This was my first time at this location. I missed ordering at the standalone kiosk so the staff accompanied me at the window. I ordered a breakfast bowl, orange juice and Greek yogurt for $11+. I feel I was punished like a child for not ordering at the kiosk. The food in the breakfast bowl barely covered the bottom. I did not enjoy the fried chicken pieces. If I had the choice, I would have ordered the eggs and hashbrown.In fairness to the restaurant, my favorite is the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. After ordering a fried chicken sandwich years ago, I have never ordered it again.
I’ve been coming to this location since they first opened. Recently they have changed the drive thru. I thought I had gotten in line correctly but per the employees observations “Apparently I didn’t circle the building correctly” emphasis on apparently. When I addressed her rudeness and said there’s no need to be rude , I’ll take my business elsewhere. She stated “That’s fine have a nice day” in a snarky way. Versus politely redescribing and redirecting me so that I understood.I’ve never been spoken to at any establishment in this manner let alone a chick-Fil-A. Manager asked if I could come back after speaking with him. But I’m not risking it. Sad to say they have lost a loyal customer.
The staff at this location are great!!! Make a great effort to ensure your order is correct, hot and quickly delivered. They are always super polite, restaurant is always clean. I really enjoy going to my neighborhood chickfila
It was fast and hot... no complaints there, but they were so fast they shorted us my son's breakfast. Almost $20 bucks for us to split 1 biscuit and 2 hashbrowns.
Usually always have a good experience with this location but this past time it looked as though my fries were put through a shredder before given to me. Just a bunch of crumbs. Not a single full fry in the box. Not even a fry that was 1/4th full. Just a bunch of cold crumbs
I really enjoy ordering from this location as the staff is always friendly and it doesn’t take too long to wait for food! I’ve loved CFA for many years as they keep their food fresh with very good staff over the years!
I mean... it's chick-fil-A. They always do good. The food is always phenomenal and the customer service is like angel sent lol. The only negative is the location because it's always busy so the parking lot is crowded. Bur besides that... it's great.
We were cheerfully greeted. Walked right up to the counter and out with our hot food in less than 5 minutes.
