WORST CHICK FIL A EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I’m a new resident in the area, we go through the drive through and order our food 5 mins before closing. Check our bags and sauces are missing that we ordered. 2 minutes after closing we try to ask can we just get the sauces because they did not put them in the bag. We knocked on the window for 5 minutes because they were sitting there staring at us. The people pictured literally were laughing and rolling their eyes and ignoring us. Finally the guy was about to take out the trash and we ask can we get the sauces that we ordered, he had an attitude and went to ask the manager and the manager told them no because they closed 10 minutes ago. By far the WORST chick fil a. They said even though they didn’t give us the sauces , they don’t care because they were already closed !! Will be calling corporate to further investigate the fact that all these young people have such bad attitudes and work for this establishment.
5-12-22 rude drive through girl around 130 -230 black girl with dreads or braids. ( im black too just fyi) I didnt look at her name tag. Was too busy focus on how rude and very dismissal she was to me would not help me with the problem.i drove off saying i will not be back to this location.im a regular in the a.m n never have this problem
I’ve never seen staff smiling nicely at everyone before! I liked this place as its clean and they give you excellent service! Will come back to this location for sure if I’m around this area!
Always a great spot! I had a flat tire this morning and the owner Ralph and Shivram(sp?) the manager changed it for me. I was amazed and blessed and will never stop telling people how amazing this Chick-Fil-A Is!!!
Excellent service, great food, as always. If you ever feel that nice people no longer exist, stop in here and have your faith in humanity restored.
I ordered delivery and the order was canceled after 30 minutes, not Chik Fil A’s fault. However when I reordered a little bit later they sent me the food from the original order which had been sitting there for quite some time. The time stamp on the receipt was for the original order. Instead of making the food fresh, they gave me food that had been sitting around and needless to say was room temperature and tasted horrible.
Decent food, decent service. You know what to expect when you go to Chick-fil-A. This location has fast and friendly service.
This store is newly rebuilt. Extremely clean. Staff is friendly, and you can see that they enjoy their work and they are like family. Very efficient, polite, and a pleasure to to be served by.
Food quality and service at drive thru was great. A little longer wait than some CFAs, but still lightning speed compared to other fast food drive thrus
Had to wait over 30 min for them to bring my curbside order out. I tried to call the store and it went to a voicemail ?? What’s the point of curbside if I end up waiting longer than the people on drive-thru. Do better.
