Disappointed was heading to work asked for a chicken biscuit and regular filet ...pretty simple unfortunately they gave me a sausage filet and sausage egg and cheese biscuit... couldn't head back considering was heading to work and don't eat pork so went to waste...lately they haven't been as friendly as they used to be either
If you’re hoping for a quick pickup, most definitely go to another location.edit: as of early 2021, the food quality (especially breakfast) seems to be really low. Biscuits crispy & dry, minis/nuggets taste… off? Until Kennesaw can afford to improve their staff, I’d avoid.
Honestly takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this is the worst chik-fil-a I've ever been to. The line at the one near where I work is constantly double, even triple wrapped and the still move much... much faster. I don't know if it's the current crew or what, but the service is sad. It's extremely slow and the food is extremely mediocre. I have never hated the fries with the Polynesian sauce, but today I did, although the sandwhich was still relatively good. Although the nuggets were extremely overdone and slightly older as well. I work fast food and I wish I was over exaggerating about this place but they really need to shape up. You'd be better to walk or drive to another one off campus.
The staff here is unprofessional and unfriendly, and they do not have enough staff to handle a lunch rush. I waited almost an hour for my order. My food I received after 30 minutes, and I spent 20 minutes waiting on my drink only to be told they don't sell coke and then handed me a cup for the soda machine. I was not told about this at the time of my ordering and was not given a cup then either. I was almost late to class because of them. If you're a student here, just go to the cafeteria, it's more affordable and quicker.
I worked at Chick-fil-A for 3 years in high school and not once did it ever run as slow or unorganized as this place does. I get that it’s college students running this place in a college campus but do not go here if you have a time crunch that’s less than an hour. They just can not seem to get it together at all when they’re in a rush. The wait times for food are absurd. You’re looking to wait at least 30 minutes from the time you order your food to actually receiving it when they are busy. However, the really big issue with them is if you are one of those unlucky people who’s order never even gets acknowledged, they try to put the blame for it on everything else other than themselves saying things such as “You probably sent it to the Marietta Campus.” No apologies from them if they can’t get you your order, they just say “I don’t have it” or “I don’t see it” They should make it so that you aren’t charged for your order until you receive it because there really isn’t any guarantee you will actually get your order here.
Regular cfa, except lines and wait times are very long because it's in the middle of the ksu campus
This Chick Fil A is wonderful! They always have what I want In stock and the staff is very nice! Especially Holly! She was an absolute light in my day and I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Thank you!
Amazing chicken minis!! They are the best breakfast snacks in town
While the food is really good and I love eating at Chick-fil-A, there isn’t a full menu. There’s chicken nuggets, the sandwich, and the spicy sandwich. A bunch of people love it, but one of my only complaints is that some of the workers are very soft spoken, which can lead to some confusion about orders.
Worst service I have ever gotten. I am a student here and was very calm and polite asking for some more ice for my drink during a non busy time. I was told to move and the ice was slammed at me and I was given a huge amount of attitude. I also work in customer service and would never treat a nice customer like that over ice. Very disappointed in cfa because the service is usually very good at other chick fil a’s.
