Honestly not very good. You pay $6 for McDonald’s fries. I’m not kidding. Tasted identical and went stale as soon as they cooled down at the table just like McDonald’s fries do. Their burgers were incredibly salty and not flavorful at the same time. Their shakes were good though.
I'm so glad me and my boyfriend starting coming here! I love to get the Super Burger Bowl Salad! I get the fat free balsamic dressing with it. This is one of the best salads I've ever had in my life!! My boyfriend likes to get the bacon cheeseburger and the sweet potato fries. They have the coca cola freestyle machine and I like to get the AHA! My boyfriend got a cookies and cream milkshake the other day and it was really good! The only time they have messed up is when they didn't put the cheese or bacon on my boyfriends burger, but they fixed it for us no problem. Also, we order our burgers well done and only one time has the burger been too pink for my boyfriend to finish eating it.
The service is great, location is even better, and their black bean and impossible burgers are fire good! Also their cookies and cream milk shake is the very best. The price is not cheap however, it is worth every penny when you factor in quality of food plus the amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed.
My sister and I visited Burger 21 Kennesaw after reviewing the unique menu online. It was nice to see it offers the Impossible Burger and also a Black Bean burger as an option for someone who is looking for alternative choices. We ordered the Black Bean burger.. The sharable sweet potato fries.. And the Cheesy Burger..

First time customer and I was pleased with the food and service. Ordered a Black and Bleu burger and it was cooked to perfection. Also had a side of fries that were hot and crispy. The Chocolate Hazelnut shake made by a young lady named Lauren was excellent. Easily my new favorite place for burgers.
The burgers were good but apparently the listed price was for the burger only and no one told us the sides were a lot extra. My son’s kid’s meal was 2 very tiny chicken fingers and a few fries. My husband and I ordered beers which ended up being $12 total (but purchased at a store would have been $4 total). It was a shock when they said the total was $50 before tip and we had no idea why until I finally saw the details via the online menu.
We have been here several times since it's opening and they have several locations. All of them seem to be consistent. I love the options and variety of almost everything on the menu. We love that everyone gets exactly what they want every time! Try it soon! Vegetarian options, low carb options and healthy options!!!

The food was lackluster. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the egg I asked added to my burger. It was like an over-cooked boiled egg. My burger was requested well and was given to me medium but still somehow dry. The fries were old. The mushrooms seemed canned, but also at the same time tasted of dirt like they had been grabbed from the ground right outside. I will give credit to their onion strings. Those were a great snack. But all in all, the whole meal was a huge disappointment for 35 dollars. I would not recommend eating here at all.
