Hi, we use to go to this place all the time on a warm night and enjoy some good ice cream!Unfortunately our visit this evening was less than pleasant. After ordering our ice cream and as we were heading towards the window to pay there was a car in front of us that had a dog hanging out of the back window, St Benard to be exact, as I watched the young lady collect payment from the customer in front of us I honestly kept thinking, "I hope she doesn't touch that dog and if she does I hope she washes her hands before she handles our ice cream!"Well, she did exactly what I thought she would! She not only touched him but fed him a treat or something with her bare hands and she then took a picture of the dog, (I have this on my dash cam if necessary)I then told my wife, "I hope to GOD she doesn't handle my banana split after she just touched that dog" , PLEASE DON'T!Don't get me wrong we are dog lovers too and my dog is definitely a part of our family but my dog is not allowed in my kitchen and I definitely wouldn't go prepare or serve food to anyone without washing my hands if I touched him! Even if i just picked up my grandchild, I wouldn't serve food without washing my hands. Her justification after I said I want a refund was I DIDNT PREPARE YOUR FOOD, HE DID.Well she touched the carton that my food was in and was getting ready to hand it to me wo/washing her hands! No young lady you can't do that! I politely asked for a refund and kept moving. I won't return to this location in the future! Furthermore everyone please write reviews on your experience at these places.1=10, 10= 100, 100= 1000... shut these places down if they are not willing to give you their best!I know of 1 chicken restaurant that should be the standard for all fast food restaurants! I'm just saying!?
We love it here, but last night we saw something from the drive through which really made me love this place. A man in the car in front of us was irate about the server feeding the car in front of HIM a treat (he was loud enough to let everyone know). Despite the employee explaining to him that she did not prepare his food, the customer chastised her. Something which was supposed to be so joyful to an individual was ruined by someone else. By dealing with this unreasonable customer, the employees handled themselves with upmost dignity and poise by the time I pulled up to the window. The server looked as if she was going to cry BUT she maintained a friendly attitude and I saw as her fellow employees made sure she was okay. This kind of teamwork and dedication makes me reflect on my own time in the food service and how painful those days can be. Don’t let him get you down girls!! Keep your head high!

I like Buster's usually, had it in Florida, but this one had a bad night on my experience. For one, the drive through line was taking forever (might not have been the workers fault), so I went to the walk up window to order. They were out of hot fudge the night I was there, disappointing but didn't deter me. I ordered my favorite, the peanut butter cup sundae, to go since it was below freezing that night. After getting back to my hotel to eat it did I notice it was a bare bones, basic sundae with only vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whip cream and cherry... This was a big disappointment.
The wait was terribly LONG and the RIDICULOUSLY SMALL scoop of ice cream was a JOKE!! Spend your money ELSEWHERE!!! I can get an entire GALLON (2 half gallons) of ice cream for what I paid at Brusters for ONE TINY SCOOP and there is absolutely nothing special about the ice-cream. And the little scoop they gave me did nothing but plop on top of the cake cone and sit there like a pitiful little ball about to roll OFF... First time there... WON'T be back. A larger scoop will NOT put Brusters in the poor house!!!!!!

Random stop on a Sunday afternoon. My son usually likes his ice cream treat from DQ. But he has found a new ice cream home! He had a small Oreo ice cream in a cup. We also ordered the southern banana pudding and I must admit it was pretty dang tasty!! ?
Terrible drive thru experience!! They do not let you sample flavors at drive thru, but you can get out of your car and sample ice cream. There was no line at drive thru besides us, but we are supposed to get out of the car. Ridiculous!! Terrible customer service and attitudes. Do better people.
Delicious, fresh ice cream! Glad we found this gem. Nothing like a scoop of ice cream on a hot summer day!
