Bad fast food.
Came here 4.8.22The lady working the cash register was extremely friendly... I came in around around 6 pm. Food came out quick and poke was good and good size. Was a good spot to stop by for a meal. Check them out.
The ramen was tasty, filling, and not too expensive. However, the prices on everything were higher than what the website showed. Also, one item is named "Mi So Hot", a racist pun that should be renamed immediately.
Ramen was pretty good. Poke bowl is okay. Took gyoza a long time to come out, had to remind them a couple times.
My fiancée and I have been going to this place for about a year now because we love their poke bowls so much. The last two times we have been the service was really bad. Rude staff. I don’t know the name of all the items I like on the bowl because they aren’t normal American food items. It’s an Asian food place. It’s normal. I don’t know all the names besides the meat and rice. Before, they would follow you on the other side of the glass (like at subway)and let you point out what you want. Now, we asked this time can you just let me point out what I want because I don’t know the names. They said “no, you have to read it off the menu what you want.” There is a sign on the glass that says not to hover over the glass, but the glass is about 6 feet tall or more and I’m 5”3. Soooo I really don’t understand. The man working there was really rude about it. He acted like we were wasting his time and annoyed him by having to ask him what this food was because we couldn’t pick it off the menu by name. Just for this reason I won’t go there anymore. I understand we are in a pandemic, but you literally have to stand in front of the glass to look at the menu posted behind the counter.
The food was good. I had the hotto bowl. Little too much salt for my liking. Maybe I can request it seasoned different.
i understand that the place is understaffed.. but at least have it be ran by adults and not teenagers. we were patient and waited over 40 minutes for our ramen. presentation wasn’t horrible. noodles were over cooked and the egg was definitely bad. i knew it wasn’t just over cooked because the yoke wasn’t solid, but the outer whites were mushy. also found a full length hair in it. wasn’t worth it and would not recommend it.
I love the miso hot chicken ramen! So good BUT consistency hasn't been my experience here. The last 3 times I ordered I ordered the exact same thing...each time it was different from the portion of the meat to the heat level and even included ingredients. Work on that and it'd be 5 stars.
Let me start by saying I was super excited to eat here. The staff was extremely kind and were working very hard.
The poke bowls were really good! I got the salmon with mine as well as a bunch of other toppings that were both fresh and tasty. Their seaweed salad was also really good. My sister got the chicken for the poke bowl and was surprised by how much they actually put in it. Overall 10/10, and the guy who helped us was really nice too, and even though they have a sign out front to be patient because they're understaffed, it was really nice. I heard him acknowledge everyone even if he was doing something, saying hello and asking for a minute (even though he'd be with them much faster). Overall I'd definitely reccomend it.
