I visit this location a lot and while their biscuits, especially with pimento cheese added and their sweet tea are fantastic, the customer service is seriously lacking.Three times now the persons at the drive-thru window have just grabbed my card, handed me the food and my card and barely mumbled a thanks. About a month ago I picked up biscuits for a friend and told them I wanted 3 bacon and egg but with no cheese. Two were right, the other had cheese on it which my friend can NOT have due to severe lactose intolerance. I went back through and explained this and was horrified when the biscuit was snatched out of my hand with obvious annoyance AND THEN a female working near the front unwrapped the biscuit and started just wiping the cheese off with her fingers, wrapped the biscuit back up and was going to hand it to me!
The food was hot and fresh. Cooked perfectly. They staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
Dine room was closed used drive though worker had trouble understanding order. But food tasted alright.
I've been stopping here for weeks and this morning I ordered what I always order and got crumbing bread and a piece of meat with no eggs add and I got attitude like it was my fault they was having to work.
Ordered a 6 piece and only served me 4, forgot the honey mustard too. Has happened to me twice in a row now
Person at the window was illiterate and couldn’t get my order right after reading it back to me 4 times. Finally got to the window and they had a completely different order for me, all when there were only two cars in the drive-thru. I finally gave up after I patiently tried to correct the order 2 more times at the window. Meanwhile the other employees were cussing and screaming at each other in the background. Not to mention they said half of the things on their menu were out.
I ordered 33.99 12 chicken meals with 6 biscuits, 3 fries, i received no biscuits and missing 1 leg. my costumers are angry. DO NOT PURCHASE from here. They are thieves!!!
Sorry we’re out of bone in chicken and dark meat… last time I check this is a chicken restaurant. Don’t get an attitude with me when I order what you’re supposed to be serving. By far the worst bojangles experience I’ve had in my life. Will not be returning, I’ll be getting diabetes at kfc
Have to say this is BY FAR the absolute WORST Bojangles I’ve ever been to. We moved up here recently and have been 3 times. Every single time, the food has been cold, stale, totally not worth the money. The staff is very rude and very pushy and rushing. They don’t even give you time to order. I had to make 2 separate orders last time because the girl sent my order half way through without even asking. Just completely rude. Don’t waste your money here
Tried to go thru drive thru 6:00pm on a Sunday evening. They looked closed and while we were trying to decide if they were open the cashier called my husband rude for saying, “Hello?” Then when he tried to order she told him she didn’t have chicken then told him to “go try another Bojangles”. With this kind of customer service on night shift, they won’t be around long. They will never see another dime of my money.
