They brought me dried raw oysters so I sent them back saying they looked old . They add water to the same plate and brought them back ! I left
WOW. This restaurant’s taste, ambience, and customer service is TOP TEIR. From the host stand to our table we were greeted by friendly staff. Our server Brooke was very knowledgeable and passionate when talking about the menu. Her overall service was 5 stars within itself. The food was absolutely mouthwatering! We had appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Every bite was exquisite.
This lunch was really outstanding! We live in the area and hadn't tried this place before....even though we love the Trackside Grill which shares the same owner. Our lunch was fantastic! Very tasty pan fried pierogues appetizer. For entrees we had the chicken schnitzel and the steak and frites....both were awesome1 Service was really good. Bernie's has earned a permanent place on our rotation !
Bernie’s killed it!!Food, service, and ambience were all 5 stars, just a great experience overall.The pierogi were fantastic, and the french dip is superb. The aus jus is super flavorful.We all enjoyed everything we had, and our waitress was very attentive and kind. We’ll be back often!
The pretzel, the chicken schnitzel, and our server Leah were AMAZING! We had a wonderful night out. I can't wait to go back!
I went here with my mom yesterday (3/12/22) and the food was amazing! I had the salmon BLT and my mom had the burger and we both enjoyed our food. It was a huge chunk of salmon and was cooked perfectly. They have some top notch talent in the kitchen. I had one issue, however; I felt like our server did not prioritize our table over others and was talking bad about us to the other staff behind our backs. Very condescending attitude the few times he came to our table and our appetizer (crab fritters, also amazing ?) took 30 minutes to bring to the table when his other tables (who arrived later than we did) had already gotten their full meals. Our meals took another 20 minutes on top of that. I’m not sure what contributed to it, both my mom and I were in customer service for years and are never rude to staff and tip well…but I definitely had the feeling that the waiter hated us and me specifically. I do know that good customer service entails treating everyone with respect regardless of what you think about them, especially if they didn’t do anything wrong to you. I will 100% be back because I live close and love the food, and I’ll probably update this review if the service is better. Seems like the service was better for everyone else ?

I have to admit, I had very high hopes about this place, being from the good reviews and a couple people mentioning it in passing. The building is inviting, open and in an amazing location. The menu is written in a way that makes you want to eat everything, unfortunately, you won't want to do that. The appetizers that we started with were good, highlight of our meal, crab fritters and queso, and that is where it should have stopped. I ordered the steak & frites, medium, it came out well done and inedible, no problem things happen. I change my order to the brisket burger, medium, came out well done. Ok, I sense a trend, whatever, ill keep it. Burger has onions, bacon jam and blue cheese on it. Drowning in blue cheese, drowning. Trash. Gf gets the pasta Primavera, it was decent. They offer us a complimentary desert to make up for the botched food, so we indulge, and get the Creme Brulee.. now I didn't read the menu to see if it was some kind of special but it was more like flan from the grocery store with a bit of sugar, and then to give the final huh, they throw a big chunk of ice cream on top. Had high hopes, should've kept low expectations.

good atmosphere. appetizers probably hit harder than entrees so good date spot for apps and drinks. maya was our server and she was great
