Really nice employees! Generous portion. Have all the reg flavors other Baskin Robbins have stocked. Convenient 75 interstate and Lake Acworth or Allatoona. Lots of other good restaurants to get your main food at nearby.
Overall good service however, they need to update their drive thru menu to reflect what they currently offer. Its disappointing when the menu advertise specials but you no longer offer it, please just update your menu.

Horrible service I was served food that looked half eaten and milk shake had ice chunks inbit. I will not go back and if anyone ask I will warn them to stay away

the store in kennesaw ga is the worst place I have ever dealt with! i ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, called to confirm my online order several times, but, when it was time to pick it up, NO CAKE! and instead of being helpful & sorry, they were unapologetically rude, mean, & shameful! when I asked how I cancel the order since I had already paid for it. I was told they don't have anything to do with the cakes, & had no access to do that. when I went online to cancel

Short staff, dirty, flies taking over, & long wait times.
AVOID! Do not order an ice cream cake from this location! My husband ordered one for my birthday and when he arrived they said it wasn't there and asked if he wanted to wait while someone picked it up or if he would like to go get it from the Sandy Plains store. He drove over and it was not there. (This is a 25-30 min drive.) He then came back to the original store and guess what? It, in fact, was there! The employees didn't even double check before sending my husband driving all over the place wasting gas. Then they didn't even offer anything for inconveniencing him and wasting his time. AVOID!
