This was just a wow experience… first they claim the “fryers are down” … they then forget to give us our drinks… and then when I get home I find out my sandwich is burnt af.. idk who manages/owns this location but get it together. TERRIBLE!!!!
Inside was clean and very well kept. Staff was friendly and food was fresh.
Christina goes above and beyond to make the Arby's experience an excellent one. This fast food spot stands tall in Kennesaw. The food is not lacking either.
2 for $6 sandwiches are a great deal. Curly fries with cheese sauce are a must have. Slow line but worth it.

This Arby’s was terrible. They messed up my order in the drive thru. When I called they didn’t answer. When I emailed them I got an empty apology and no resolution to the fact the didn’t give me all of the food I ordered and paid for.I will assume some blame that I should have checked my bag before I drove off but so should the employee that gave me my food.I will not be back to this Arby’s location!
I hadn't been to an Arby's in years!!! But I got a coupon in the mail and decided to try this location out. I totally forgot how good the fries were!! So good, so hot, so fresh!!I got the chicken, bacon, swiss sandwich. It was good, but difficult to eat while driving. I think because of the tomato, as it was causing the rest of the ingredients to slide all over.But the lady was very nice at the window, hardly no wait time or line and reasonable prices. I will return again - soon!
That New Diablo Brisket is tasty. It's a mild heat and comes with a free vanilla milkshake which I had no idea till they came to my table and explained that it was free just in case the meal was to hot.
Good food and very good service. Veru clean facility when we visited. Convienient location.
Nice people! Always accurate order. Not your average stony-faced employees. They were out of cheese sticks and milkshakes because the truck didn't come in and the register worker was so sweet and apologetic! Fun friendly vibe.
