Went out tonight for a drink. Sat down and waited for about 20 minutes. No server was in sight. I was with a friend and we were talking so really didn't mind the wait. The manager Shiandra( probably spelt it wrong) came over and asked had our order been taken. She went and took our order. After we got our drinks and food she came back and checked on us. I appreciate this kind of service. I work in a restaurant and I know it can be difficult. Making the guest feel noticed and appreciated is key. Will be back.
I've eaten at this restaurant before, many times as it is close to my residence. Although, it has been several years since I've been back given the pandemic and ease of access to having food delivered to my house without having to get out in traffic, weather and people.Yesterday, my partner and I visited this location for dinner. Drawn in by the picture on DoorDash of a blackened salmon. I knew it wouldn't taste the same once delivered due to steam in the container, softening the crisp top layer of the salmon so we chose to eat on location.It took about 1.5-2 minutes to get acknowledged once we walked in the front door. The restaurant did not have very many patrons there, and we were already greeted by signs stating due to staff shortages they are unable to seat parties of more than 5. So we had an idea before being seated how the visit was going to go.The waitress was timely and friendly. I ordered a blackened salmon with green beans and broccoli. My partner ordered the steak with shrimp on top with green beans and mashed potatoes.The food came in normal time, however we both notice that it seemed like our food was not cooked how we were expecting. The broccoli and green beans both tasted like they were microwaved. His steak looked like it had been partially cooked in an oven, then partially microwaved along with the shrimp. The steak was unevenly cooked, being well-done on one side and rare to medium rare on the other. The salmon was beautiful but did like the crust along the top that i was hoping for.In all, it wasn't a terrible visit but it is apparent that this location has been affected by the pandemic. The kitchen is what seems to be paralyzing the restaurant at this time. I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen, if they are down equipment or properly trained staff but i do wish them the best to recover. We may revisit in the future but it will take a while. We can save ourselves the money and microwave our dinners at home.
For a Saturday night and low count of servers, Chris did amazing! She was on everything, sure it might’ve taken a while but that’s what you should expect anywhere else for a Saturday night. Loved the service, great food and my tummy is feeling like it’s in heaven
It was alright. We decided to order a nacho appetizer, which honestly wasn't that great. The main dish we had was better, but we also have had better at other Applebee's locations. The waitress was wonderful, however and she made our time there more fun, especially when she was playing with our 1 year old.

Good food and let me peacefully eat but took care of me nonetheless. Good conversation when we did speak. Thank you, Ansley. ? Good food as usual, ABs.6-7-21 - Ms. Raven took care of me again tonight. This time I got the 3 cheese penne pasta. Great service once again. ?5-16-21 - I sat at the bar and Miss Raven served me. She made me the frozen Shark Bowl which was very good. I ordered the two for $23.00: Spinach and artichoke dip with a meal for now (cheeseburger and fries which I didnt even finish - to go box!) and a meal for tomorrow for the road (Three Cheese Chicken Penne) as I am a truck driver.3-8-21 - Spinach and artichoke dip with a frozen strawberry margarita. Exactly what the doctor ordered. Ms. Kathy served me this afternoon. She was very kind to me on a hard day. Thank you, Ms. Kathy. ?1-9-21 - Miss Dylan served me once again. A great meal, good service, and thank you to the cooks who helped with the requirements of a medical condition I have to make my meal suitable for me to eat. It was delicious. :)Original post: 1/2020 - Miss Dylan, who was our server, was very kind and had a wonderful serving personality. She was attentive and helpful to my guest and I. Miss Kaniya, hostess, was doing a wonderful job, as well. She was not diddle-daddling around. She was prompt and attentive to the tables who needed cleaning and was helpful to me in any questions I had. Excellent job to both ladies! The food was great. The grilled chicken? Holy Moses! That chicken breast was so moist and tender. It wasn't tough or dry at all. Heck! I give the chicken five stars by itself - lol. Definitely will be back again.
My first time for the Monday night Special, hamburger and unlimited fries for $5.99. My wife snd I went with our 2 grandsons and son-in-law. Our server was Crystal and she was wonderful. She took great care of us. The burger was cooked as we ordered. Fries were fresh, hot and plentiful. We really enjoyed the evening, thanks to Crystal.
Came for lunch with family, sat at the bar. Our server/bartender, Sarah, was quick, fast, and funny. Made our stay a delight. She made my FIL a delicious strawberry banana daiquiri, which made our year.
30 minute or longer wait. We were told only 2 servers. They had all tables open,just not enough staff. We left,before being seated. If you don't have the staff to run the establishment, you should close.
The waitress was phenomenal made sure we had everything. it was a little cold but the manager turned the heat up. great place enjoyed my food was not disappointed.
Food was good. We had a great waitress. Prices were fair. Clean restroom.
