We came here with a large group on TuesdayThey were apparently very understaffed with only 3 servers for the entire restaurant. Our entire group placed our drink and appetizer order at around 7:00. We didn’t start receiving drinks until about 8:00 and food at 8:15-8:30. The food was subpar, as evidenced by my “medium rare” burger with something resembling the blue cheese I had ordered and the fries were stale and cold. Management seemed to be Clueless to how to handle the situation. Every one in customer service has a bad day or two, so I will give them another shot when I’m back in the area… but overall this was a pretty bad experience all the way around

Frank and Teresa Anchor Bar in Kennesaw is delicious. Not quite as good as the food in DT Buffalo as far as I remember but I still give it 5 stars. Service was good for carryout, but they need to offer paper plates and napkins etc. I would recommend having the wings well done.

As an another location of the original where Buffalo wings were invented, I was very excited to give them a try since I don't see myself making my way up to Buffalo, NY anytime soon.We picked a table outside and while it was facing a road there was a pleasant breeze and shaded. The road noise didn't interfere with our dining experience at all. We're the wings the best wings I've ever had? No but they were cooked perfectly and the sauce was what I expected. The onion rings appeared to have a beer batter and the sauce that came with them was delicious. The real star of the visit was the chicken tenders. We got them lemon pepper flavor and it was the perfect amount of seasoning for the huge tenders. The tenders themselves were so juicy and crispy that I would 10/10 get them again. The sweet potato fries that we subbed were alright, a bit too mushy on the inside despite the slight crisp on the outside.Service was great. Our server came to check on us several times during our visit despite us being outside and potentially easily forgotten.Come here to try the original Buffalo wings but definitely get the chicken tenders and the onion rings.

We had an Amazing dinner at Anchor Bar Kennesaw the other day. They have a really nice staff, they knew the menu and they were accommodating for our dietary needs.Great atmosphere (sports bar, upscale, better food, nice selection of craft beers and cocktails). We went down to watch the ATL vs CLE match. The ambience was great with divided family and bar section. We tried some craft beers and chicken strips with wings. My wife still talks about how juicy the chicken strips were. The management and staff has transformed this bar to a whole new level with ongoing events and great customer service. We can't wait to go back, and their patio looks amazing. Once the weather improves, we'll be there!Bravo!

First time ever eating here since the fudruckers closed down. Everything we had was delicious. The queso and handmade chips appetizer had diced onions in it which was different but tasty. We had a bacon cheeseburger and chicken philly and both were cooked correctly and that's one of the best chicken phillys I've had in a long time. Had to try the wings as well which they let you add 5 wings to any meal (great idea). Wings came crispy with plenty of sauce. I got the mango habenero sauce which was sweet and spicy but not so hot that it over bears the flavor. HIGHLY recommend the sweet potato fries with the caramel dipping sauce?. The first weekend we have off we'll be back with my brother and his gf as well!

Really good wings, great flavor and pretty meaty. Other food was very yummy as well. They have a decent selection of beers and a full bar for great mixed drinks

Such a fun place! Thursday nights are great if you like to play games…they have the Jammin’ DJ. My dirty martini was spot on! And the aroma of the wings is too die for although I didn’t order any…can’t wait to come back and try them!!!!!!!

Food was good. Beer was cold. Was there for a hockey tournament weekend.

Overall, it's good. My wife thinks it's one of the best places to eat in Kennesaw, GA. I don't think I can disagree. I liked their wings and  thought the pizza could have been better. My wife fell in love with their fried pickles and hasn't stopped talking about it ever since. Hands down one of the best places to eat. We ordered the wings and found them to be quite crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. Splendid stuff. Top class.

OMG!! My husband and I were driving back home to Spartanburg SC from an excursion to Buc-ees in Adairsville GA and I was scrolling through FB when an ad came up for Anchor Bar. I looked at the menu and was salivating over just reading it. A big plus was they offer GF options (like pizza crust and buns)!! We were already 30 minutes past the location but my husband graciously turned around and headed in that direction. Anchor Bar DID NOT disappoint!! It was worth the turn around and half hour drive back! Sorry for the long story, but I had the "Buffalo's best, wings and weck" on a gf bun(which was good by the way!) I had the loganberry sauce on the wings. So delicious! The "weck" is a roast beef sandwich served with au jus and horseradish both on the side. I also had the sweet potato fries which were the best I've ever had!! Everything was so yummy! If we ever drive through again, we are definitely stopping!!
