Food was so delicious had to come for more. On one occasion I got the beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles; rich flavorful broth, tender and juicy meat, and crisp and refreshing vegetables. On another occasion, I got the roast duck with rice, brocolli, and boiled egg; great mix of flavors and the duck was delicious. Not pictured (cause they were too delicious) but also recommend the fried dumplings and soup dumplings. Friendly staff as always.
We have been to the Buford Highway location and it is far better. Soup dumplings were not flavorful; frankly a brand that we buy frozen are better. We ordered the Xinjiang Stir-Fried Chicken (Served with Sliced Noodles) in medium hot. Medium had ZERO spice. The server stated it was for 4-6 people. That would be accurate if they had given 4-6 people servings of noodles on the bottom; there were only enough noodles for 2 people. It is 90% chicken legs with bone and skin. The dish was not flovorful like a Xian flavor that the dish should have. Stick to the Lanzhou noodle soups and stir fried noodle dishes as the dumplings and Chef Specialty dish were disappointing. The staff's children should not be walking around the restaurant with no shoes to walk up to speak to the parent at a guest's table. Overall, they need to improve to have this location be successful. We will go back to Buford Highway but not this location.
I been the original location on Burford Highway and it’s just as good but way better service. The broth from the soup has a deep beefy taste. The pot sticker are nice and crispy. Overall I enjoy my experience much more than the original.
Very unimpressed. This plate was a mountain of flavorless chicken (even though it was over seasoned -whole cloves), with very few noodles or other ingredients;. I was given scissors to remove the bones. It was overall a waste of money.

I just went for the first time ever and I am impressed. I got the Roasted duck with noodles and it was an incredible experience. I tried the beef with noodles as well and both had much tender pieces of meat with outstanding broth. The set up inside is well spaced and open. Can't wait to go back.
My husband and I love getting the hand pulled noodle soup I get mine in spicy chicken and my husband gets beef.We also get the steamed or fried pork buns.This food is so good I could eat it everyday!The workers are very nice and it’s a relaxing and clean environment.We always take home leftovers because they give you so much food and it’s sooo good!A plus is there’s a window in the kitchen and you can watch the noodles be made!We can’t wait till our next trip here !
The roast duck hand pulled noodles is delicious. My wife had the ox tail hand pulled noodles. Also delicious. Beautiful restaurant with great service.
It is unfortunate that I cannot put a review for their food. The one star for how rude the person was, who treated me like an outcast.I checked the menu on their website, placed the order and was told that my total. Upon reaching to pick the food, my total was $12 more. When I asked, I was told that it's the price from the menu (apparently different from website), and only manager could change it. Conveniently the manager was not there and the person started yelling at me, and while I was paying for it, took the food the threw away. I left feeling insulted and hungry.I hope they read this review and not treat another person like they treated me.
