We're passing thru, staying overnight at Home2 Suites. Ordered 1 pizza and 2 salads to be delivered via "Slice." The pizza was good, but 1 salad was stolen by the delivery lady and the other salad was incorrect! We called the delivery lady, but she wouldn't answer her phone. We called 1000 Degrees Pizza and that lady assured us that she made 2 salads and said we had to deal with the delivery person. After her learning that the delivery lady wasn't answering her phone, she said she would make the salads and bring them to us. You guessed it, she never showed! No salads, no refunds and the worst part, we even gave a good tip! This occurred on Dec. 3rd at 7:34p. If you're the manager reading this, you know these individuals. What a racket!
Like the concept of building your own pizza with unlimited toppings. The workers were very nice but the pizza was just alright.

Second time we’ve been here, and they’re on top of it!! Despite the employee shortage and the fact Hannah was knocking out orders alone, we were so well taken care of and the food was even better!! Keep up the good work guys! This is our new family go to pizza place!!
Really good pizza it is little pricey but worth it the portions of cheese and meat were good. Staff not very friendly..
