Very busy. Food was hot and fresh but the edges of my hamburger were burned, cooked too long and was completely dried out. Not usually how Wendy's burgers are but I'll give them a pass. Very limited staff working and swamped by customers.
Horrible service and food. I went on a Friday 3/11/22 night around 10pm and line was long which was fine as long as FOOD was fresh. Well it wasn't. I played order and asked for fresh food. Got fresh bun and cheese but dry Luke warm burger rubbery and floppy. 6 PC Nuggets were rubbery and room temp. Fries may have been freshest but still old taste like they cooked it within 8-10 mins. I came back in line immediately for refund. I was told by assistant Mgr Rachel (if that is her real name) they arent obligated to prepare my food to order and that store is not authorized to do refunds. I was redirected to see Donna in morning. The next day I called no Donna BUT same girl Rachel intercepted and directed me to speak with district Mgr Martha 770-65x-x563 no one answered. I spent almost $15 and didn't eat. I went to Checkers that same night and was able to get a burger fresh Cooked to order. I will be emailing the owner of this Wendy's because this was the worst experience EVER at a fast food restaurant. I was so upset that I held on to the food all weekend to somehow show to a manager which I never could locate. I will never spend another dime here.
The cashier was very friendly and she was very kind I was Happy with my food, everything was hot and fresh i have no complaints.
The chicken nuggets were surprisingly old, considering I waited in a line for 10 to 15 minutes to order and receive them. The rest of the food was pretty tasteless as well.
I purchased several of thier salads; they were delicious. Customer service was great too
Something told me not to come to this Wendy’s and I should’ve listened to my instinct. I came in the morning for a quick breakfast and waited in line too long for there to be only me in the drive thru and an empty dining room. If they weren’t ready to take orders they should’ve stated that. I saw the staff still setting up equipment smh.
Please don't go to this Wendy's. It needs to be condemned, shut down! The drive through is always super slow. The cashier Tytianna that took my order was very unprofessional, rude & disrespectful. She should be fired!! Please people, spare yourself the trouble & skip this Wendy's!!!
Great location; clean establishment with friendly workers and excellent service. Hot Fresh food.

Fast service. Food could've been hotter. Fries were great! Should open inside lobby though
