NOT OPEN 24 HOURSI went there at 3 AM. Told me they were closed. Went back at 4 AM since someone told me that they never shut down. They were cooking food for other people but did not take my order. Told me to come back at 5 AM due to shift change. I feel like I would have gotten served if I was the same color as them.
Excellent customer service. My steak melt was salty, but everything else was great. The two gentlemen who were there working were very professional and exemplified excellent customer service. My husband gave them both a tip.
As far as waffle house's go...this one is all one can be! The service is excellent and the food is spot on. If your reading this and your hungry give them a try
We stood at the front for 10 mins No one addressed us. We finally sat at a table and no one came to take our order. Two group sat down after us and their order was started before us.

I love the lady attitude. Food was delectable. My tummy was jumping for joy with double hash with tomatoes and waffle with blueberries and almonds and honey.
The food and service was great! .BTW.. They're open Christmas and new years. (It's apparently a tradition)
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our server was Suga Foot. She was very friendly, professional and polite. I have grown accustomed to bad service, so this was a breath of fresh air.
Waffle was good. Grits had lumps. Couldn't done in. Had to wait awhile for food. Staff was very nice.
The people were friendly but a little understaffed. The food was good. They are only doing take-out orders due to the national employee shortage. We left a tip for the great service.
