Staff stays busy it's seems but I waited almost 10 mintues before my order was placed. One young lady was complaining about how much she had to use the bathroom and been holding it since 9am going on 1:30pm. I think that type of information needs to be kept to yourself. If improvements are needed I feel I should have been address It will be a couple of minutes and someone will be right with you. Wish this them the best
Did not eat their guys but you already know and you are late and you want something cheap and you been partying or whatever just go to the waffle House make sure you pay attention to your food cooks and everything anyway you go but it's always late night hit them up hanging out with a friend like I always say do you enjoy your time at the summer coming around embrace that we outside more be blessed not stressed as kids
I must say this is one the best waffle house I have been to in a long time... very friendly and fast service!
There is no consistency with their price one day I will order a chicken melt plate and it is $9.58 with tip I spend $11.58 then the next day it is $11.55, so sorry waitress but with tip that almost $14 for a chicken melt plate.There should not be this drastic change in price for the same item. The price for all items should be listed. I have looked at all the menus and no price is listed for the chicken melt so they just make it up.
They say they have Togo orders from 9pm to 6am. I’m sitting here now and the guy said they are closed….. somebody lying! If you don’t want to do your job why take it?
I'm furious. Got a breakfast bowl that came in seperate plates and waffles with a choc chip cluster in the middle that totaled 4 chips. I spent 30 dollars, didn't receive my cheese grits and the receipt is a reprint so i cant see what cost what. It literally just says 29.98. I could have went to IHOP and eaten like a king for this! And know what i spent on what. It's like this everytime I go. Waffles house, I am done for good this time. Shame on me for falling for this again ?. Never again.
The ceo needs to take a look at the cameras here from 9-9:20 pm March 15th! The cook aggressively tried to go after my husband with a knife. Pretty sure this man was intoxicated but he shouldn’t be on the clock like that representing Waffle House.
We literally just left empty handed we placed and paid for our order just for the waitress to come back moments later to cancel our order because that younger man didn’t wanna cook!!!! Now i have to wait for a freaking refund via debit transaction smh……
Very bad service wewatied 10 min to get waited on after every single waitres just looking at us and at each other and no one said anything i asked if my table did not have a waitress and she was at table beside us and said ill be there i didnt want my waffle to burn .after we order still didnt get all of our food i just decided to pay for what we ate and told them did get all of our order she said its now coming i said dont need it anymore never Will recomend this place
It’s all about who makes the food and how much care they put into their position. The fiesta omelette was nice. Wasn’t the best, but it was good. As for the blueberry waffles, I just don’t know how you can mess that up. She made it nonchalantly and uncaringly and I saw that in the waffles. I had to throw one away cause it was over cooked and bland and I barely made it through the other.If the servers and cooks don’t want to serve or make the best effort for you, find a restaurant or fast food that will because customers don’t deserve to pay and get bad food in return. Why does it seem that people don’t want to be treated like this, but have no problem doing it to others?
