Always love getting my seafood from here. Crawfish are cooked well and the snow crab legs are always big and full.
Wonderful customer service, I liked being able to physically grab crabs of choice with tongs... Face mask required before entering the building that's a plus for me....I got fried chicken wings (spicy chili) w/fries (the sauce was delicious but I was happy with the actual wing), snow crab(1), turkey necks (2), boil eggs with shells (3), sausage (3), corn(2) boiled in all the seasoning they had my total was $40.50. the only part of the meal that I found was tasty was the sausage and that wasn't to great but I had to eat something. I will not be shopping there again, because my money was wasted. The 2 stars is just for the friendly atmosphere from the staff.
Make sure you check your crab legs after they are cooked. I went in and picked out 11 whole, full clusters with no legs missing. Paid them over $200 for crab and shrimp. Got home and realized they were not the clusters I had picked. They swapped them with broken clusters that were missing legs. I was cheated. Don’t let this happen to you or a friend. Disgusting. Needs to be closed. Smells very fishy when you enter. The shrimp is very chewy and not breaded at all.. it like they fried shrimp that was cooked already. The catfish was not seasoned and the corn was cold.
I normally don’t have an issue with buying live crawfish from them so I didn’t think to look in the bag. I made it all the way back to Macon to find out that all my crawfish are dead. Now they want me to bring them back up there. That’s too much I just won’t buy from them anymore. Check your food before you leave.
Placed an order at 10:36 am as soon as the place opened. A person in front of me order 10lbs of crawfish. After he ordered, I was next and ordered a 1.5lbs of crawfish with two corns. About 5 other people came inside, place an order after I did and received there food! Time Passed and it was 11:20am and all the orders after me received there food and I was told they were still cooking and had to cook other orders. I don’t live out here and had to be gone by a certain time so I asked for a refund. If you have something to do, don’t waste your time because you will wait an extremely long time which is unacceptable and considering that I only asked for 1.5lbs of crawfish with two pieces of corn. I’m pretty sure I would still be waiting right now if I did not get my money back smh..
I've been going there for yearsThe last time I was there they gave me store bought shrimp instead of the fresh shrimp i paid for. It's bad enough how the price keep increasing and then to be served bagged store bought shrimpShame on you VIP seafood
They have the best catfish I have ever has and the turkey necks omg you'll love them
