We had an excellent time and our sweet waitress Mo-Mo was awesome! We tipped her well, what a great way to celebrate my birthday, she made sure I was good. She's very polite and friendly and has excellent customer service.
Me and my 13 year old son had an awesome experience! We had a server named Shy who was on point the entire time. The food was fresh and the wait was not long at all! The plus was that we happened to come in on first Friday which is dollar Margarita day (Yes!) We will be back soon!
This is my second time here. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Tasha was my server. She made SURE I didn’t need anything during my visit. The whole team, including the manager, walked around to check on the guests. It was a delight to see real customer service!!! Great job team!!! See you soon
Had a great time at The Juicy Crab. Our server Momo was very attentive and friendly. The margaritas were good and priced very reasonable ($5). The food came out very fast, which was great because we were hungry. The crabs, shrimp, mussels, and fries were all seasoned to perfection. The location was easy to find as we were visiting the area. If we ever go back, The Juicy Crab will definitely be a must stop location!
This was a great experience! We had a party of 7 and our waitresses was on it. Food was fresh and hot. Tasha and Melissa made sure the food was brought in order. We got our drinks, appetizers and then our meals. Every bit of it was tasty and as I said earlier hot. Melissa made sure we had all our condiments. Tasha made sure our checks were right.

I came there on a Monday Afternoon thinking that it was going to be slow but nooo it was pretty packed. I never been there but my waitress Tasha was patient, friendly, and attentive. The bartender made amazing drinks and made sure our drinks were to our liking.We felt like kings and queens in there because we were able to get whatever we wanted (of course with a price but that's fair)Margaritas, tequila shots, Corona beer for beverages.Calamari for appetizers.I got the lobster boil with snow crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, added dungeoness ? crabs.My friend got the mussels shrimp crawfish and added snow crab...We couldn't eat it all but I really enjoyed the lobster.Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Chicken tenders were a bit salty and I didn't care for the boom boom sauce, but the $5 margarita was BOMB and the fried catfish was on point!!
When I walked in I was reviewing the menu for a takeout order. I was immediately greeted by a young Gentlemen named smiley. He gave me time to make my decision and even gave me a recommendation which I took. I ordered the fried catfish basket. He made sure I was aware if I did not want a side of fries or onion rings I could add another piece of dish instead. I love great customer service and he definitely knows how to do his job. I come here once a week with my best friend. The service here is so awesome that I brought my family this time. Drinks were great! Food delicious! The overall experience was just everything. Our waiter Tony made sure everything was correct and to our satisfaction! Definitely the place to come hang out. Don’t forget to ask for Tony. Really tall with great eyebrows and wonderful customer service. I love it here.
