Hands down, best cheese steak sandwich I’ve ever had. Seriously was amazing. Burger was great as well. I stopped through leaving Atlanta and was blown away. Order before you arrive, place is busy so there was a wait. Well worth it though.
I've tried the other locations but never tried this one. Everything was fresh and hot staff was very nice and still let us order even 15 minutes prior to closing. There was an issue with our order and they didn't hesitate to make it right.Thus far I have not had a bad experience at any of the locations . Great turkey burgers and love the cajun fries!!! I have never tried anything else meat wise.
I come here at least once (ok twice) a week. I get the turkey burgers. The food is always hot and fresh. From the very first time of me getting that burger, I've been telling all of my friends about this place. All of the workers are friendly and professional. Go by and order some food , you will NOT be disappointed.
Hit That Burger Spot #3 up! Great food and staff. Food came out quick and was piping HOT! Just like I like it. Got The Long Way with Jalapeños, 6 wings, and Cajun fries. This place is AWESOME!
If I could give this location no stars I would. Never again.... Waited over a hr for 3 sandwiches..... 2 of which was wrong when I got them. After asking for a refund I waited 30 more minutes for the owner to come off the grill and give me my money. They actually thought I would just leave and they give me my refund later..... Once the lady came up to give me the refund she asked if she could send it to my cash app... so if I had left how would you give me my money back. This is ridiculous.. Definitely not coming back.
The Southlake Pkwy location is terrible. Wings have no flavor, but they stack the lemon pepper seasoning on top.. weird! I ordered a Turkey burger, they gave me a black bean burger. Weird. & my bf ordered a drink, he never got. The wait time is 30mins plus! Just for disappointing service! Never again. I suggest the Tara Blvd location in Hampton.
I ordered a burger and fries from this spot and I threw both out after a few bites. The burger was wrapped tight in aluminum foil so although it was delivered quickly, biting into the bun felt like biting into soft butter-the bun just came apart in big wet globs. Also the ingredients did not taste fresh. For example it looked and tasted like canned pickle slices.. rubbery and an odd shade of green. I’m used to Freddy’s steak burgers but wanted to try something new (have been wanting to try this place out for awhile) but sadly, it was really gross. :-(

Tried the vegan bun with the vegan cheese tonight on the freestyle that beef ? Yummy, I was nervous about the bun but it's quite delicious. The bun is the bees knees... Will be ordering again ??
Sadly I have to update that I got the below order before they closed on Saturday. What's on the receipt is DEFINITELY not what I got. It couldn't be taken care of because they were closed and my husband checked it when we got home so we couldn't return it. $40 for burgers is a little expensive but my 1st experience made it worth it. But this time $40 was a waste as I didn't get ANYTHING that I ordered. Well outside of the fries.***Update~Customer Service is GREAT! I received a call from the restaurant and they resolved my issue! Thank you so much I definitely will continue patronizing your business!My replacement burger is below. I ordered " THAT Long Way"
