Ordered from u we eats a couple of times. The food is mostly really good and travels well. The cornbread and Mac and cheese could use some work though. But still would definitely order again.
When I tell you this food was to die for omg. They give you a lot of food for a reasonable amount of money. They have so many sides your going to have to try more than the 2 it comes with. But what really had my lips on the floor was the fish and grits meal. Good lord my Jesus that was everything. Everyone can't cook grits however they can. Creamy and smooth. Well season and the fish wasn't no little Piece of fish. It was 2 nice size pieces. Most definitely going back. Also Tre was everything. Very helpful ,very friendly so patient with me. Even told me how to order my meal so I wouldn't be spending so much money.
This was my first time eating here and I must say overall the food was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was the sweet potato pie, it wasn't sweet enough nor had enough cinnamon nutmeg vanilla favor or sugar the yams I had tasted better and should be the base of the sweet potato pie.
Everything was great the boy at the front counter is cute o idk wat happened to my rolls either ?
I found it kind of weird that NONE of the staff were wearing face mask, but were adamant about the customers wearing theirs. Nonetheless, the service was good, it's black owned. The food was decent, a little more pricey for the same thing I order elsewhere. I haven't been back since, but I would recommend this place to anyone that likes soul food. They also have an extensive food menu, that's a plus. There was a wait time of about 15 minutes or so, so I suggest you call and order ahead of time. I believe you can order through one of the food delivery apps and pick it up.
The food is beyond delicious!! Not to mention the staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back.
Taste budz pasta I give it a 2/10 taste way to seasoned wouldn’t recommend good thing the manager asked me to retrieve my refund (the cook cannot cook) sadly Respectfully
With confidence the best soul food in Atlanta. PERIOD. I've had the turkey wings, cajun salmon pasta (perfect amount of spice), greens, mac n cheese, sweet potatoes and my now favorite SWEET & SPICY WINGS!!! Satisfied with EVERYTHING thus far. Cant wait to try the liver and onions next.
