Horrible service, mediocre food. Waited over two hours to get two orders. Just an overall bad experience. However, they are smart to include the tip in the bill, otherwise they would not have received one.
Good burgers and fries. We had gone during none peak hours and service was a little slow to have no customers but overall a good experience and their food prices are very reasonable.
This place is overpriced for the quality that’s presented. Hookah starting $45 for them to only have one flavor available and it smoked like dishwater. I hope I don’t get sick. They charge for a CUP OF WATER! And $1 for a to go box. Not good business. I’ve NEVER experienced that before anywhere at a bar. Service charge is added at the bar for no reason. Food wasn’t good, bugs were flying around. The exterior looks nice but inside the vibes are very concerning. I don’t mind spending money on fairness, good service & quality—but this place I won’t be returning.However, the waitress was friendly.
The experience was terrible! The door man to busy smoking weed then finding the importance to move the LONG LINE along. GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I feel like the bartenders don't really know how to serve a drink. It looked/tasted like they served me a single while charging me a DOUBLE. They turn their back to pour your drink so you really don't know how they serving you.I was very disappointed in my wings, the worst I had! They literally tasted spoiled and while dining in they were gonna charge me to use condiments.They need to really tighten up as an established!
2-1-2022 Me And My Wife Got Food Poising From This Place. It’s A Whole In The Wall But We Gave It A Chance And They Really Messed Us Up For Real.
The owner is very personable was a winner for me...she (the owner) greeted me as soon as I walked in...the waitress was very customer friendly in a very professional way.. that's enough for me to continue to support this business..customer service is win or lose for me...I will definitely be back...
So we snuck out to get a late night snack because we couldn't decide what to eat. I'm telling you right now, the food was amazing! Had to give them top rating. I will say if you don't like smoke then this isn't for you. But the vibes were on point and the waiter delivered. Thinking of making this a sneaky link weekly. ?
Taps is the place you want to be the owner Jazz is very welcoming and down to earth and Her staff reflects that, I'm vegan but I still go just to catch that chill loving vibe I had the fries and they are AWESOME so I know the other food has to be even better and on point I've heard customers order the wings and watching them eat it must be true so I definitely say GO TO TAPS for the ultimate turn up!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?I LOVE THAT PLACE
