The drive thru wasn't crowded. The customer service was really good which is very rare these days! My wife got the three Doritos tacos with extra meat and cheese only. It was expensive but they were very good. The tacos were correct, but there was something incorrect about my order. I was able to go in and they corrected the issue with no questions and they were very nice about! Kudos Taco Bell!

Let me just start off as I’m not normally one to complain or “write a review”. One day I decided I wanted some toco bell I went to the one closet to me. I wanted to get a Mexican pizza because they just brought it back and you know I was craving one. I go up to order and I asked for a Mexican pizza and then tell me that they don’t sell those or that there not on market…..it was something like that. But they advertise it on the menu and all over that glass. I was very angry! This is both the first time I have been disappointed with this toco bell DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! Also poor service

Was in the Drive-Thru on May 9th 2022 place the order was simple instructions of what not to put on there. I repeated it twice in the Drive-Thru got to the window they asked me several times. And because we're dealing with the allergy I decided to drive off I realized I had swiped my card and when I came back they refuse to give me a refund not only that they asked me to come inside and I told him if I come inside will you unlock the door because the door was locked and I didn't believe them but as I pulled around surely enough they did not open the door stole money from me and not only that she was talking to my young underage daughter about something she's supposed to have said to her through the drive-thru window very inappropriate very unprofessional and they had the worst attitude the girl at the window was talking to me like I was her age or younger first of all I'm a grown woman and ain't nobody going to talk to me disrespectfully not from a drive-through window when I pulled up very respectfully do not eat at this Taco Bell they don't get your order right and they're very disrespectful they steal your money and they don't refund you.The manager will not come to the window for nothing and again try to mislead me and Miss God me to tell me to come to the door when in fact nobody met me to unlock the door the manager kept trying to talk through a third party at the window and she refused to come to the window

Busy very busy, service provider very helpful. Polite customer care personnel. Lots of hair products skin and personal care items too choose from. Wigs, some clothing items as well. It's in a strip mall, therefore plenty of parking

I did not get my food! This is the second time now! The first time they closed a couple of hours early, and the app let me place an order. I wrote in to Customer Service and NEVER got refunded... that was a couple of months ago.Now, they are saying that there is no beef. So I have to wait 15- 20 minutes until I get my food! I decided to cancel it on the app. However, since they claimed to already be making it it wouldnt let me! I went back through and asked them to cancel it since they obviously was not making it. She claimed they couldn't. Asked them if they could process it and the refund it then? She claimed that they had no way for doing that and I had to do it on the app. She refused to help me in any way or give me my food.This is ridiculous. Then after I drove off it said it was ready to pick up and now says I picked it up... when it clearly was not since they say they have no beef!This location is getting out of control!

My food was fresh but I didn't get my change back because they said they didn't have any change so I had to buy a soda.

5 stars for Angel's amazing customer service and great energy! It was dinnertime and she had a fresh positive attitude!

The service was very fast. There was a mistake on my ticket that the manager rectified quickly and issued me a refund. Outstanding great customer service.

This was "The worst experience I've ever had here". I put a order in through the app around 9pm and chose the drive thru pick up option given the dine in pick up was closed. I pull up and waited in line for 30 min! Just to get to the mic. During my 30 min wait I noticed orders sitting on the counter and tried to grab the attention of two young ladies inside, (employees) that were holding a conversation not working to ask if they could pass me my order or possibly check and was rudely passed off with a attitude and a waving of the hand. I finally make it to the window 30 min later and out comes my food. I pull away as to not block the window and check my order. Not only was it one of the orders that had been sitting the entire time, things were missing drinks were wrong and the food had gone soft. 40min in and I was hungry and basically over the experience. Instead of them having people order pull up park, bring food to them and be able to get to online orders faster they choose to hold personal conversation, ignore customer service and serve old food.I did not eat it and will be disputing the charges to my bank because I couldn't cancel my online order before receiving the food.Almost 3 dsys later and No one has reached out to me as of yet to rectify any of this.

The food was well prepare and the cashier was very friendly.
