Love Starbucks. However I will be glad when they get more lemonade. Lord knows I love a good and cold refresher

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy. But the staff is wonderful. Sometimes out of specific items but overall a decent location . We need more in our area

This location is hit or miss with staff and products. Lots of attitude and they regularly run out of a lot of the most popular items and then it's days before they're re-stocked. They're also extremely slow at times even with what appears to be an abundance of staff. Yesterday they were out of straws... Not just the tall straws like the previous 2 weeks, but ALL straws! All straws?!?! And if you want a refill, have the policy ready to show because half of them don't know it, or act like they don't in an effort to try to charge you again. They were out of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap (again...it has been at least 4 days) but it was fine because how would I have drank it without a straw? So I went down the block to another place that serves coffee where the service was the best and the iced macchiato was the top notch. I then returned to join my husband.

I’ve been to multiple Starbucks in my years. As a businesswoman, I travel. My go-to drink is made differently every location. As long as the coffee is strong, I’m ok with minor differences. This place makes it the way I first fell in love with it, and it tastes the same every time I drink it. It’s like nostalgia and homesickness come together and make this bittersweet creation. The baristas are always so nice and graceful under the amount of pressure when it gets busy. I expect my drink to take a few moments since it is espresso and I get extra shots, but they still always take the time to apologize and keep me updated on where they’re at with the drink. It’s just a pleasant experience all the way around.Also; my son loves the cake pops and wanted me to say thank you for his cake pop it’s “nummy.”

The most terrible customer service and the worst drink I’ve EVER had. I would have been better off going behind the counter and making it myselfI asked for a caramel ribbon crunch drink and the drink was freaking white with no caramel inside. This was literally the worst Starbucks I have ever had in my life lolI didn’t know it was rocket science to make a drink.I went inside and waited 20 minutes for a drink. I ordered two drinks and they made one within like five and took 20 minutes to make the other one. It was absolutely ridiculous.As soon as the person handed me my second drink and I automatically knew that it wasn’t what I asked for, I was so tired at this point of waiting and I just left. It tasted like ice and was just completely awful.I would never stop here again and would not recommend

Ghetto! Their sign even fell off the front of the building. It’s been a minute and has yet to be replaced. They randomly close. Like today. Online said open and get there and it’s closed. Last time the merchandise was laying all over the floor from where they fell. There was 6 people behind the counter and nobody cared. It was a slow day. Drinks not mixed right either.

Excellent service and products. They are always busy, so ordering ahead in their app and picking up inside is way quicker than the drive thru.

The cashiers were very pleasant. Their bright and cheerful attitude made visiting Sarbucks a great experience! The food and drinks were amazing as usual!

First time going to Starbucks and ordering a drink customer service at the drive-thru was not very kind. My coffee was horrible it was not hot. But Day breakfast English McMuffin was good.

Was passing through and stopped for a coffee and some tea. Even though it was extremely busy inside and in the drive through (looks like a training store maybe) we were greeted by friendly people. A young lady named Qua made our drinks. She was kicking butt on all the drinks and did a great job. Thank you!
