Lord! This was the worse today. Normally our food be nicely prepared. But today of I wasn't to far from home. I've would've took it back to sonny's. Firstly; I ordered on-line they say my food would be ready at 1:30. Didn't happen. I pulled up to the spot at 1:24.Waited I had too call into the store and asked can I get my food. Sure, he said (I think my food wasn't ready) so he finally came pit and I got home, ready to eat. Omgoodness my ribs was Dry, cooked on broil I guess (burnt) French fries was cold and disgusting!I gave them one star ? and that was too generous.Unsatisfied customer ???
Placed an online order for curbside got there about 7:10 called the number the lady said ok. Called again at 7:28pm called again the lady said I’ll tell somebody. After 5 minutes I got out of my car to go get my food. The lady had an attitude and of course I had one too. Got home the ribs are good but the chicken wings aren’t cooked throughly and are tough. The Mac n cheese taste like it came out of the box….. total waste.
Took my girlfriend here excited to try the BBQ. She was starving. We sat down and no one acknowledged us for over 15 minutes. All the tables around us were dirty. Multiple employees were sitting around talking. No one offered to help with our drinks. Did the math and figured if no one cared to even let us know they would get to us our wait for our meal would be at least an hour. We got up and left to avoid the hassle. No one said a word to us.Unacceptable, terrible customer service, everyone working there should be fired and they should start from scratch. I have NEVER experienced this in a restaurant before.Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews. Drive 15 more minutes north to Wood Chapel BBQ.
The food and service was excellent!!! Also the portions are so big so if you're greedy like me lol definitely a great spot to visit. Joia is by far the best server I’ve had and I eat out a lot. She’s friendly,knowledgeable, and attentive. Great experience all around I will be back.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I had a birthday party with family and friends and couldn’t ask for more. We had an excellent costumer service by Stefany Lopez, she was the nicest person. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this restaurant, the food was delicious. I’ll definitely go again.
Ribs are definitely an A+ meaty and falls off the bone. Wasn't too happy about the sides, I added my own seasonings to the baked beans for my own liking. Will go back for the ribs only.
It would be a two and a half if I could. Walked in and should have known it was a mistake. All most all the employees were sitting at the bar. And all of them took there sweet time to seat us. Pants down around the knees, slow slow ordering and forever to get our food. Food was exactly. That was a 5.

I had traveled from Columbus Ga to this area and came to this restaurant. I've been here before and Love their food. I had ordered the Barbecue pork egg rolls, Baked Beans, potato salad and Macaroni and Cheese, Ribs and chicken with tea. Everything was so very good. Thank you and I will definitely be back.
