The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The young lady that worked at the window was very rude when I told her my drink was not what I ordered. First, she would not let me tell her what I ordered and insisted to out talk me. Also stated that she did not take my order, still got my drink wrong the second time due to NOT listening. Poor customer service, listening skills, lack empathy! I understand places are short staffed; however, the staff you have should understand how to work in such a manner that holds up proper standards. #trainyourstaffsonic

The 2 stars are for the food when you can get it. I tried ordering from the app in advance only to get here and find that they turned it off for the night. When I arrived there was only 2 cars here. I've been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and still waiting. Had I not promised someone else this food I would already be gone. When I finally got to give my order they didn't have any tea or lemonade and their ice cream machine was broken. She also said they were out of several other things. When I first tried to order at one of the little stations, they answered the red button then totally ignored me as if hoping that I would drive away; which I did 2 other times. At the time there was only one other car besides mine. The last time I was able to order there they made a lot of mistakes on my online order. I had to send the car hop back several times. I ordered a route 44 drink size and paid for it, but was bought a large instead. I wasn't told that they didn't have the larger sizee or given a refund. The car hop went back in a never came back out to address the problem. I was feeling bad that she had to go back and forth several times and had a $8 tip waiting for her. She only cheated herself and saved me some money. I started wondering 'why are they open?' If they were iut of a lot of things and had very bad service.

I wish I could rate this location a ZERO! First issue, none of the stalls were available to order so I had to wait in the extremely long drive through line so I decided to just go ahead and place a mobile order so by the time I got to the window, the food would be somewhat prepared. Did that and paid on the app, only to get to the window and find out the ice cream machine wasn’t working and half the things I ordered weren’t available. Of course they’re unable to refund so I’m in the process of working with customer service for my refund which is super annoying. Also, employees were super rude! The girl over the microphone slammed the drive thru window in our face after asking for a refund. Just an overall horrible experience! Wont be back!

So, my 1 star review should not reflect on the employees themselves, they were very nice. However, I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a drink! I know, shame on me for waiting that long but I was already committed after waiting for 15 minutes, in a place where they're were no other choices, and stuck in a long line. I'm not sure what is going on here but they've changed their hours, per a paper sign at the window, but it was not nice. I'll never do that again. My food wasn't even hot when they had enough time to pluck and number the feathers of the chicken!!

Wish I could give this location a -0. They never slushes or ice cream and it’s ALWAYS something going on with the payment system. Some days it’s cash only others it’d card only. Not only that closing early is ridiculous!’n it’s 7:20 and they’re closed when the hours are until 9pm! y’all just need to close this location because it’s the worst sonic I’ve ever been.

The food here is good, the employees are pretty alright, and the milkshakes (The thing I come here most for.) are good but there is those few times it can have it off days and the banana milkshakes must be gone for good because I only got a maximum of like three of them before I started hearing they were not available for almost a year now and I've never heard of it coming back since. Things I don't like is how it takes forever just for me to get a milkshake when that's what I order like 90% of the time by itself.. I can legit wait from a range of 10 to 45 minutes and the average being 15 or more minutes. There was a time they mixed up my milkshake order. Lastly there was a time where a customer came by causing a scene because he was either threatened or something did happen with him and one of the employees. Due to these problems, I'm giving it 2 stars since I can't do 2 ½.

The service was really bad. The drive through customer service didn’t say hello. Just said we only take cards and place your order when ready so I placed the order and no response. After several hellos she came back with the same thing we only take cards order when ready. No greeting either time and very inattentive. When I got to the drive up was more of the same she said the amount and no other words came out her mouth and I swear it looked like she took a pic of my card so now I will be cancelling my card. Sunday around 1:30

This location has been going down in service for the pass few years. I went there only for the happy hour specials. Drive Thur was wrapped so I pull up to one of stalls. I order 2 route 44 drinks only. It took more then 10 mins to come out. Luckily for them i was on Facebook and would of just pulled off. Well my drink came out, I paid, and then proceed to back out but couldn't because the drive thru was so backed up. I finally was able to leave after another ten mins of waiting. Never again ?.

The 4 stars are for the ice???! I've only tried Sonics food once 5yrs ago and I didn't like it, but their ice is the bomb ?

Charged my card for others orders. I ordered French toast sticks ($2.99) and a water. I was charged $4.19 for a French toast combo. When I asked, I was told water isn't free, its .49 cents. Which means charging me for a combo is over charging me. I asked for a refund of the difference and they took the WATER back. Horrible service
